Okay so I just found out the theme for prom (which is in May), and the theme is Paris. I really don't wanna go over $200 for everything (dress, shoes, accessories, hair/makeup),so do any of you know any dress that is like less than $100 or so that would relate to the Paris theme? Something to keep in mind is that I don't like ordering online, so I have to find it in like a department store or something like that. If you also have hair/makeup/shoes/accessories ideas, please let me know!

Also, im really self conscious of saying this, but im plus size but im trying my best to loose as much weight as possible.

Being that Paris is the fashion capital of the world, anything fashionable and modern will fit your theme! My advice to you is to spend the majority of your budget on your dress and get cheap asseccories at Forever 21(most if their stuff is under five dollars!) and either wear shoes you already have(especially if you have a floor length dress since you won't see them anyway!) or get cheap ones at Wet Seal! They have really cute ones for cheap and have sales on them close to Prom.

That'll give you a lot more options dress wise, but if you still want a cheap but cute dress the least expensive ones I've come across are at Debs and Sears. Both of which are surprisingly cute if you really look. Hope this helps and have fun at prom!
