I need advice on boys. 13/f. So I've like this guy for about 5 months now right? And I know he likes me because my friend overheard him talking his friend about me. So now it feels kinda awkward around him. I get jealous when he hugs his female friends. We barely interact during class and outside of class. I'm tired of waiting for him to make a move. I want action! What should I do???!!! (link)

Is it not clear? You need to talk to him! If he isn't making the move, then what's stopping you from doing it? I know some people believe that it's all down to the guy. But how does he know that you like him? What if he's too nervous to make a move?
Don't go in all guns blazing, i.e. ask him out the first time. Just say hello. Ask him how he's been. Ask if he's made plans. Just take part in small talk. This will maybe give him the confidence to ask you out. And if not, then you ask him. Just ask if he wants to come out: make it a group thing, so it's not just you two.
