Hello! I am studying esthetics at an Aveda Institute after spending years in retail. I am proof that nothing turns out how you think it will, and that's a good thing. When you think you've got it figured out, you don't. Hey, just wondering when girls start to get their periods. I had just read a question about periods on here and stuff and then I started wondering, when? Is it when they hit puberty or when they hit their teen years? Puberty sounds more logical to me, but I don't know, I'm a guy and so I don't get periods. Anyway I'm 13(m).
It's whenever puberty starts- it's actually happened a few times in really young girls, like elementary school- basically whenever they start to 'develop'.
