I've worn eyeliner before like probably 4 times in my life..i bought this blue color and now it looks bad

i want to buy a black color..what's the best eyeliner for under 10 :] pencil kind because i can't do liquid because my hand is unsteady.

and maybe some tips for putting it on or a website that shows how

I recommend self sharpening ones when you first start using eyeliner.
I don't know why, but it made my life easier.
