I got my lip pierced two months ago on my bottom lip. Lately, I've been noticing that the rings/studs that I wear scratch against my bottom teeth.
What can I wear on my bottom teeth all the time to protect them from scratches?

You could try these.
I had the same problem, so I switched to acrylic rings, and the problem stopped.
My dad had the same problem, and because he wasn't allowed to wear rings for work, he let the piercing close up, and went to the piercing place and asked them to pierce it so the back of the studs wouldn't rub against his teeth.
So if it continues to be a problem, take the piercing out for a weekend, and get it repierced, and ask the piercer to do it so it doesn't rub against your teeth.
:)
Hope it goes well. Ask if you have any more questions :)
(Rating: 5) thanks! acrylic rings and studs sound better. :D
