How long would it take to gain about 30-45 ponds? I eat fruits and fatty foods but weigh about 110 or something close? Don't tell me "oh you don't need to gain weight" I just need a straight forward answer.
I think the most you can gain in a month is like 30 lbs so I would say it takes about 2 months to gain 30-45lbs but you really gotta be binging and eating junk. The best thing I hear is to go on an italian diet, that is what the football players usually do. They eat a lot of pasta, a lot of bread and stuff like that. Then don't exercise. If you gotta exercise like you are trying to do football then just make sure that you eat more calories than you burn. So if you eat 1500 calories and then you work out and burn 500 calories during a workout, make sure that you eat another 500 plus more so that you will gain more calories. You can do it the healthy way to, like the sumo wrestlers always eat healthy fresh food but they just eat a lot of it and they eat more than what they work off. Hope that is good info. Peace.
