I know this is a very random question. I sometimes drink coffee (not too often) in the morning, or if I have to stay awake to study. Coffee with milk tends to upset my stomach...though each on its own is okay. I use non-dairy creamer, but I'm concerned about the sugar level/other ingredients. Is there a natural alternative to conventional creamer, that actually tastes good? I know there's a soy coffee creamer, but it hardly tastes like anything...any other suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I say you get adjusted in your tongue to drinking it without creamer. I did that, that really cuts down the calories, but if you need it then I like the previous girls advice.
