I know this is a very random question. I sometimes drink coffee (not too often) in the morning, or if I have to stay awake to study. Coffee with milk tends to upset my stomach...though each on its own is okay. I use non-dairy creamer, but I'm concerned about the sugar level/other ingredients. Is there a natural alternative to conventional creamer, that actually tastes good? I know there's a soy coffee creamer, but it hardly tastes like anything...any other suggestions would be great. Thanks!
Brandi_S answered Monday December 10 2007, 9:20 pm: I use Coffe-mate. If you just use the original flavor, there is 10 calories per serving, 0.5 grams total fat, 0 everything else.
Now, if you prefer the flavored creamers, such as Amaretto, Irish Cream, French Vanilla, etc., then they do have sugars added. Those you can get in sugar free.
