hi, i have just turned 14 and my period hasnt arrived yet i used to masturbate with pens and dirty objects will this affect it and my friends all have started theirs and talk about when it is and how they have to wear this many pads and stuff i don't want anyone to know my period hasnt started im really scared and upset please help me thank you so much.
