My heels are dry and cracked. There not bleeding or anything. All the cracks are in the dead skin. What can I do to get all the dead skin off? I've tried soaking my feet, using a pumice stone, or filing them. Nothing like that works. Please help!! (link)

Hey,sorry if this sounds a little gross
i'm 15/f and its been about a year and six months since i got my period and everythings been good but a few days before christmas i got it but it was kinda brown and not that much i mean i didn't really need a tampon or anything but then basically from christmas for a week it came normal but since about the 29th or so i've been bleeding but just the smallest amouth and its been brown? and then today i put in a tampon just to be safe at school and i bleed quite alot..at least i think..so is this normal to have my period for about two weeks and have a very little blood but the blood being brown??

THiS iS NORMAL. i HAD THE SAME QUESTiON. i ASKED MY MOM ABOUT iT AND SHE SAiD THAT iT'S BECAUSE iT DOESN'T START OFF HEAVY. PAY ATTENTiON TO iT'S PATTERN AND SEE. iT COULD BE BECAUSE iT HAS DRiED SOME.THAT HAPPENS ALOT. i NOTiCED YOU SAiD THAT WHEN iT WAS BROWN iT WASN'T ALOT. I have an addiction, a real big problem, I'm a hacker. Well, not technically, only when it comes to my crush, I've gotten into his msn, myspace, aol, and facebook several times. And everytime I cry and promise I wont do it again (to myself, he doesnt know) I still end up doing it. I don't know how to get help for this, so that's my first question. How do I stop this?
My second question, oh wow.. when I do hack his email, and people start defending him, I save those conversations and send them to him so he'll know what great friends he has. A few days ago, one of his friends added me and started asking em questions. I could tell he knew it was me. And I could tell my crush had talked to him and also has his suspiscions now.
What do I do? Keep a low profile?
I don't think I'm a big enough person to tell him the truth, at all. Actually, I know for a fact I'm not. So what do I do?
