just tell him that you love him and value him as a friends but anything romantic is just not working out for you anymore. tell him youve thought it over and not only would it be better for you to move on but him as well. if he drags it out anymore or is still hung up on you just tell him he shouldnt waste time holding on to you while theres other girls out there who would better suit you. tell him you guys have had a good relationship while it lasted so why not just leave it at that.he'll be ok trust me.youve gotta do what you gotta do.
