mp3 player.

okay. i just got an mp3 player. the brand is memorex. the first few days i had it, i could get songs on there really easily. now it won't let me. i know there's room left cuz it says there's room left. like i hit start synch & it says windows media player has encountered a problem while synchronizing the files or something like that. then it tells me to click web help for more help. i clicked that & did everything it told me to & still nothing works. i don't know what to do & i would like to get some more songs on. please help!

Okay, to help you out with your specific problem we need more information. First of all, what version of WMP (Windows Media Player) do you have? The latest one is WMP 11.0 Also so you look at the actual error message. Right click on my computer icon. Go to manage. There look for Event Viewer. There look under applications, that will have the information listed in the error message. I found a few people having a problem at this forum with an answer to one problem, see if that might be it? [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) If you have a version of WMP older than 9.0 I would suggest upgrading that. It's a free download from microsoft.

I think that maybe your computer has a virus.. that is probably why it won't let the media player load... if its not your computer, try contacting the company..April~
