hello mike,

The areas around my shoulders (area above my boobs =P) is quite puny and skinny. So I look very skinny whenver i wear spag tops or tank tops. Is there any way I can beef up that area?

Hello Whatever your name is :-D

Good thing you mentioned presses. That's the key to adding size onto the shoulders. Pressing differs from another kind of shoulder exercise (Laterals)- with pressing you're just simply pressing a bar or dumbbells overhead. Pushups never hurt when trying to add size as well.

Come on, you're a girl and you're supposed to have puny tiny deltoids ;-)
