ok ive been going out with my boyfriend for about a month and i want to tell him i love him, but my best friend says i should wait longer or wait for him to say it first... is she right??

The best thing to do is wait until he says it first and if he doesnt, wait a little longer. You guys have been together for a month. That doesn't mean you don't love him, you really could, but it's just a little early in the relationship :) I would wait until he says it :)
