..okay I'm 5'5 and 109 pounds.. I think I'm fat.. and I feel guilty after everything I eat.. I was wondering..does anyone know how to lose weight? In the stomach area.. or to get rid of that little pudge?
Ummmmmm..... You are not fat!!! You've probably heard this but only becuz its true. If you reallly want to lose the fat, try doing a few sets of crunches, pushups and situps. Try walking and/or running too. And remember to take a break once in a while too. Your body will thank you.
