ehh.. weight ..okay I'm 5'5 and 109 pounds.. I think I'm fat.. and I feel guilty after everything I eat.. I was wondering..does anyone know how to lose weight? In the stomach area.. or to get rid of that little pudge?

Ummmmmm..... You are not fat!!! You've probably heard this but only becuz its true. If you reallly want to lose the fat, try doing a few sets of crunches, pushups and situps. Try walking and/or running too. And remember to take a break once in a while too. Your body will thank you.

u r soo not fat a lot of the weight is from ur height anyway, dont wory about it, 109 is skinny ]
You're not fat at all, you're actually underweight. You're just being self-concious, but if you really want to slim your stomach area, then just eat a little healthier and start exercising more and do crunches. Now, don't get discouraged if you do a bunch and after one day, nothing slims down or anything. It takes about a week to lose 2-3lbs if you work out good. But please, don't get too self-concious about it, because that's when some girls may have it start to turn into an anorexic/bulemic problem and we both know that's nowhere near healthy. at 5'5" and 109 pounds you arent fat at all - you are actually underweight!! Dont worry so much about your weight - this is begining to sound like an anorexic attitude which, of course isnt healthy at all ... please dont lose any weight - you will just get sick
