So I am going to this party tonight and the theme is summer, so naturally you are suppose to wear summer clothes. I have no idea of what to where and what accerories to put with it, all i know is that i dont really want a skirt!

If you don't want to wear a skirt you can go with capris or shorts. Wear a cute tank top with that. Don't over do it with the accesories. Just cute earings to match your outfit, a cute beaded necklace that also matches. As for your hair you can wear it up in a high ponytail which looks really cute. Also one of my favorite hairstyles; leave your hair down and just clip it at the top with a little lump thing. It looks super cute. Your hair doesn't necessarily have to be straight to do that. It looks even cuter scrunched.
