i just now started going tanning and i really need a good lotion to wear in tanning beds. i rate high (link)

make sure you get a lotion made specificallyf or tanning beds, regular tanning lotions crack the tanning beds. The tanning salon usually sells them, or you can find them for cheaper at Walmart next to regular sunscreen.
I don't think brand really matters unless you have sensitive skin, but if you know of a sunscreen brand you favour go for that.
