You start with a level 1 and as you get more of a base work on to level 2 etc. They smell great, they soak in and don't leave you all slimy and best of all they work great to help you tan faster and deeper. Notso answered Monday May 22 2006, 11:42 pm: make sure you get a lotion made specificallyf or tanning beds, regular tanning lotions crack the tanning beds. The tanning salon usually sells them, or you can find them for cheaper at Walmart next to regular sunscreen.
