okay how do cingular rollover minutes work?? i have like 4,000 rollover minutes. what happens when you run out?? we're using the $9.99 plan so my total bill juss for me is only like $16.00.

I have cingular and rollover is only for a 12 month period like when you first get your phone plan after the first bill comes that is when rollover starts.
If you go over you usuage minutes and you have rollover that means that you will be able to use those minutes without really going over and paying extra. Make sense?
Usually when you get a new phone plan for cingular, in the mail they send you a booklet that explains everything including rollover minutes.

i see what you mean but my plan is a 2 year plan, & this month is gonna be 12 months since i have my phone(1 year), yet there's 4,000 rollover minutes left thats why im kind've confused.
