My friends tell me I'm great at giving them advice (most of the time) and I like to have fun while I'm at it.
Not sure about something a decision? Need more insight? Have some questions about sex? You should feel free to ask me about anything at all. I check my email all the time and I'll try to respond as soon as possible!

i dont get this well i never take in more then 2000 callories a day more like 1000-1500 but like im putting on weight!!! the only way i lose any is if i dont eat for a day or i have no breakfast no lunch and like a salad for dinner which i have sometimes! but i dont get it.
i did lose about half a stone last year im 51.6kg and 5'2 btw im almost 15 if that helps x x x
The question is are you getting enough exercise? A friend of mine dealt with an eating disorder known as anorexia. It made her depressed all throughout freshman year, gave her low self confidence, and she was basically dying. She couldn't even run the warm-up in her JV year on cheer leading. By the end of her freshman year she weighed a little over 85 pounds. Now she's found help and dealt with her self esteem issues but is this a process that you're willing to go through? She tried so hard to lose weight that in the end she basically dumped her life in the toilet and flushed it.
Remember that when losing weight is not only about your food consumption but about exercise too. Think of it as a very delicate scale. If you can balance both, that's great! You feel good about yourself and losing weight at the same time. Exercise daily (get at least 45 minutes a day outside/running), and watch what you eat. This means cutting junk food, soda, etc. A salad a day is DEFINITELY not enough. Think about all the proteins and vitamins you're missing. It's more about what you eat per portion rather than how much food you are cutting from your diet. Don't ever abuse either side or you'll find yourself caught in a cycle 3% of women in the US suffer from everyday.
