I'm a new young mom who has a lot of things to say to whomever is willing to listen :). I promise not to judge you no matter how crazy you may think your questions are and I will give the best answer I possibly can!

Hey,
ok there is this church- it's REALLY close to me, and it's the church all my friends go to. They also hold a youth group there- also where all my friends go. But my problem is, my family hates the preacher and preist, and they hate us. But i REALLY need religious guidance, and i thought it'd be cool if my friends were there with me. And all my friends went to summer camp -- without me! lol, see the camp was held by the people from the church, and my parents wouldnt let me go! So they have all this fun at camp and they know SO much more about God than i do.. so to tell the truth, i really have no idea who/what God is! I cant read the bible because (to me) it makes no sence!! too many big words.. lol. I want to go to a church.. I REALLY do, it's just i feel like my friends will have more to talk about without me. And i dont want them to go to a differnet church, because that would be selfish. I love God, I do! BUT WHAT THE HECK DO I DO?!?! I rate high!
wow, that is one tough situation. i understand about the bible thing. becasue i have no clue wat its talking about...well, untill i got the bible for teens. just get a bible that is meant for teens. it helped me and it even has stories about kids with problems just like you and me. read it every night(not the whole bible but just some). show your parents that you REALLY want this more than anything and that you want to learn more about God. and just to let you know right after i type this im going to pray for you. o and that is a good thing to do too. pray! talk to God. talk to him about all of your problems and if he doesnt solve them dont get mad bc god does EVERYTHING for a reason. and i advise you to create a relationship with God. tell him how you feel each day. he is always with you and he DOES care about you. i hope everything works out for you. and if you want to ask me any questions about any of that stuff or anyother stuff then feel free to.
