It makes me cry hastaicalyy (sp), and i think its because my dad is never home and he doesnt appericate me, he pays attention to my sister. Today i asked him if i can have money to go to the carnival, he said ok, and he did but he left me for the yankee game, abd he only game me 20 *thats how much it is to get in* and i didnt get fed *i am a really bad cook last time i did i almost set the house on fire* so people have to cook for me, but he was out on his motorcycle and got himself food, and not me.
can you tell me why i always cry hastarically?

Ok. It's normal to cry at this piece. It's very sad. Now hysterical might be the problem.
Both you and the character are facing the same sort of issue: you miss your daddy. He wasn't with you all day, and he didn't give you any food. It is called abandonment, and it is child abuse, especially if you aren't old enough to take care of yourself.
You need to ask your dad why he didn't give you any food money. And why he couldn't come to the park with you or you go with him. If there is someone else you can relate this incident to that you trust:mom, preacher, teacher etc. I would tell them ASAP because you could find yourself lost or hurt if he keeps doing these sort of things.
