I'm Almedina. I'm foreign, and I'm pretty much ready to handle whatever life throws at me. Ha, pretty random that I go from being foreign to life,but anyways. I've had this column for about two yearsnow, and I don't update it as I should, or want to but with school and this crazy teenage life of mine, it gets pretty hard to do so. I've been giving advice to all my friends since I can remember and I love trying to help them. I'm out going and extrememly loud once you get to know me. I'm usually shy at first unless I've gotten to know you. I don't understand life sometimes. But I've got my whole life to figure out the meaning of it. I'm selfish at times, and stubborn. I care too much about things I shouldn't and not enough about the MOST important things in my life. I'm very annoyed with people at times, and tend to just block everyone out. I'm afraid to say I'm in love, but I'm not afraid of love itself. I'm myself and that's all I can be. I've gone through a lot, so I'm willing to help in whatever way I can (:

okay, i would REALLY like to shed a few pounds and get a nice flat stomach for spring break. I always tell myself that im gonna eat less & drink more water, but i never do, and i get a guilty conscience because i cant ever follow through with my goals. What are some tips that could really inspire me to want to be skinny & loose weight..everytime i start working out it only goes on for about a week..and then i`ll skip a day and say 'well i`ll do it tomorrow, i`m busy tonight" and then never do it the next day, and it just keeps going on and on til i forget about it. im really desperate, anything will help

well ii wanted to lose weight just like yu! but then i lost like 15 pOunds but only because it was a sympton for gettiinq diabetes [[ :( ]] but sOme tips yu can do is make sure yu count yur carbs cause those r the ones that make yu fatter n stuff n drink more water yea good idea but yu shud make yurself excersise at least 5 minutes a day everyday a week ii mean yu can do that right whats 5 minutes [[ like be4 bed so yu can sleep restless or something like that ]] do some yoga it works my cousin lost weight like that! yu cud also run a lil biT!! works great ii love running! hehe but whatever yu do dont use those PILLS or PATCHES they rnt as safe as the people make yu thik they r!!
