I am really trying to cut down on the snacks for when school starts. Unfortunately, I work in an icecream shop... for about 5 hours at a time...ugh...any tips on how to stop myself from eating the icecream I crave?
Drink a bunch of water instead of eating it. The water will fill you up, and you won't want it as much. Try to focus your thoughts on something else. Reward yourself with something besides ice cream when you have made it a whole week without eating the stuff. Buy something not edible or indulge in some "me" time.
