I'm not fat, I'd just like to be stronger.
You need to do exercises that target your butt, stomach, arms, and legs in order for those parts of your body to become stronger.
For your butt, you can do a few sets of squats and lunges. For your stomach, you can do a few sets of crunches and sit ups. For your arms, you can lift weights and do push ups. And for your legs, you can do squats, lunges, and you can run or jog.

Sweetie, it takes a while for all of these things that you are doing to fall into place. Losing weight can take months so you shouldn't expect results in days. Try increasing the number of sit ups and push ups each time you do them. Crunches are better than sit ups. Try eating low carb and calorie foods and if you eat healthy for a long time, then you will eventually see results. Think positive from now on because you will lose weight if you try and not think negative when you still can't see results.

You need to start doing crunches and sit ups to get rid of that fat that causes your stomach to hang over your pants. Running and jogging will also help. Ride your bike around your neighborhood a few times or go to your roller skating rink because those two things help when wanting to lose the fat in your stomach. Try eating healthy too.

My computer is having some issues with right clicking, and clicking links that create a new internet explorer window to open. When I right click on a link, all the options come up, but when I select "open a new window" nothing pops up, and the original window just freezes and then I get annoyed and close it. Even my msn is acting screwy, it tells me I have however many new emails, but when I click on it, nothing pops up.
I've run a virus scan, have a firewall, and ad aware, so none of that appears to be the issue. Any help?
Do you have toolbar that comes with a pop up blocker such as from AIM or Yahoo? If you do have a pop up blocker, then you need to disable it and then windows will pop up when you need them. If you don't have a pop up blocker, then I don't know why this is happening to you if you ran a virus scan.

No, there is no way to delay your period in a healthy way. You just have to go on this trip with your period. Just tell yourself that there are other girls who have gotten their period when they went on a trip. Just wear tampons instead of pads, if you do wear pads, and you won't feel them at all.

Your period is just irregular, meaning it will come and go when you don't expect it, and it will stay like that for the next few years. For a few months, your period will be regular but now it's changing and there's nothing wrong with that, since it's normal. Start marking the days you have your period on a calendar and you can then find another pattern.

I shave "down below," but I can never ever get a close shave. It's always stubbly. Also, I get those red bumps. I always use a new razor, and a ton of soap and shaving cream. I go with the grain once and then against because thats how i was told to get a close shave, but it doesnt work. Any advice on:
A. How to get totally rid of the hair down there without waxing
B. Not getting those red bumps.

Well, do you shave your pubic hair every 2 or 3 days? You should only shave once or twice a week because if you let the hair grow out a little bit longer, then it will be easier to shave. To get rid of all the hair when you shave your pubic hair, you have to shave really slowly in the direction your hair grows in or it you won't remove all the hair. If you don't want to get those red bumps, then just apply some lotion or after shave when you're done shaving. Once you get used to shaving, you won't get those bumps.

That white sticky stuff is discharge and your body cleans itself by discharging. It's normal and healthy to have discharge and many girls have it. If at one point your discharge becomes heavy, that's a sign that your period is coming. If you don't want the discharge to go all over your underwear and leak, then just a wear a panty liner and change it at school if you must. You'll get your period eventually, don't worry.

to any of you who arent very close to your moms, how did you tell her when you started your period and how did she react?
I'm not close to my mom either and I only talk to her if I need a ride or some money. I know, that's bad but when I started my period 2 1/2 years ago, I just went up to her and told her that I had gotten my period and that I need to borrow her pads for that time and that she had to go out and buy my some. My periods are very irregular, even though i've had them for almost 4 years now, my hair is falling out, im always tired, i get contipated and my nails are really weak. This doesn't sound good at all. Your period being irregular is the okay part but if your hair is falling out and you're just weak and tired, then you really need to go to the hospital and face your fear with needles. Would you want to get a blood sample and find out what this is, rather than having everything become worse? Really, a lot of people are terrified of shots but trust me, once you the blood sample is over, you won't be terrified of them.

Your idea about putting them in a pair of socks could work but like you said, they might curl up but you can still wear them. If you have a purse or handbag, bring it along and put your pads in there. Your brother shouldn't go in there. You can always has your mom if you can put the pads in her suitcase and your brother would probably never go through her stuff.

Yes, it's normal to have discharge which is that white stuff. Discharge is just another way that your body cleans itself. You can start having discharge at a young age and not get your first period until you are 16 or at any age.
