My computer is having some issues with right clicking, and clicking links that create a new internet explorer window to open. When I right click on a link, all the options come up, but when I select "open a new window" nothing pops up, and the original window just freezes and then I get annoyed and close it. Even my msn is acting screwy, it tells me I have however many new emails, but when I click on it, nothing pops up.
I've run a virus scan, have a firewall, and ad aware, so none of that appears to be the issue. Any help?
There is something running on your machine that is causing the windows shared DLLs to freak out. Specifically run32.
Let me suggest that you open task manager and close as many running processes as it will let you. If you stil have the same problem, I suggest you follow the steps on this page at microsoft for re-installing and/or repairing IE:

If you do have a pop up blocker, then you need to disable it and then windows will pop up when you need them. If you don't have a pop up blocker, then I don't know why this is happening to you if you ran a virus scan. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

My guess is since everything else on your copmuter isn't working properly that your virus scan isn't going to either. You might want to get it checked out by a local computer repair shop [ therocketsummer's advice column | Ask therocketsummer A Question ]
