Additional info, added Sunday April 3 2005, 8:56 pm: i do track, i have practice every sngle day adn i usually run 2 or 3 miles everyday, and i go to the iceskating rink with my friends every week. i still am fat as hell!. Karen answered Sunday April 3 2005, 8:38 pm: You need to start doing crunches and sit ups to get rid of that fat that causes your stomach to hang over your pants. Running and jogging will also help. Ride your bike around your neighborhood a few times or go to your roller skating rink because those two things help when wanting to lose the fat in your stomach. Try eating healthy too.
