In men its supposed to, very very slowly but surely, increase the size of the penis. Absolutely no bad side effects to masturbation, except for maybe some sore bits. ;3

IE: (if you're a girl) if you're using a vibrator that another girl used and she has some STD, you could get it even if it was washed off. Other than that, it's impossible for that to happen.
