I can do sprints, I'm fast at that, but I dread the mile because it's hard for me. does anyone know how to get in shape for long distance running?
Try jogging...like the first day jog 1/2 a mile..then 1 mile..and so on...

my dad hits me. and i'm really afraid of him. when he comes home from work i stay in my room. but whenever i do something wrong. even when i get less than an A on a test he'll hit me and say i'm not living up to my potential. i don't know what to do. He hits my mom to and i get badly bruised from the battles. what can i do? who can i go to? and is there anyway possible that i can get out of my house and be adopted or something? help me Please.
Go report it to the police...! you should definitely do that! then you will find out more about adoption and stuff!

Um... I have a Dell laptop and i like it alot..it works really well...but my mom has a apple and i like it too...it relly just depends on what you are going to use it for..but i preferr the brand Dell and Apple...hope i helped!

I'm really scared. I will soon have to have 2 teeth pulled! I was wondering how much it hurts, can you feel them actually pulling the teeth out, and how long it takes for it to stop hurting after you get them pulled. Please help! I'm really scared!!! I rate 5's by the way.
Well they give you a shot by the tooth that they are pulling and i thought the shot hurt but when they pulled the tooth out it didnt hurt much..but afterwards it felt kinda weird..!

Ok, me -n- my b/f hooked up less than a week ago and he gives me a hug all the time...well at least a few times a day when I see him. And I really want a kiss soon tho. He may just be nervous that you dont want him to kiss you...just try kissing him...it wouldnt hurt nothing!!!

i have the abilty to get good grades and i already know that. the problem is that i can't seem to always do my homework and focus on my classwork. i need ways to help me focus and do my homework right when i get home.
Just dont plan anything else when you get home...and your going to have to motivate yourself and think of how much it will help if you do good in skool..hope i helped

Yeah i think it would be i know that i wouldnt like it if my g/f went and danced with other guys...but it also matters how your b/f thinks about that kinda stuff!

No there not especially since your only 16 it can cause problems to your growth and health! also you could talk to your doctor about it and see what he says and if he knows of one that is safe....hope i helped!
