Any abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups only focus on your abdominals. Running and jogging also helps tone your stomach too. Hope I helped :)

my stomach at times gets a little chubby too... it happens to everyone... what you should try to do is do a certain amount of sit ups a night and work your way up so mabey for a week to 20 situps a night then the next week if you feel you are able to do 25 sit ups... i do this everynight and i have abs that look really good and the pudge comes back once in a while but you just have to work at it! i hope i helped!

Try crunches& sit ups. You could maybe start with doing a set of 25 for each (or more of you feel your up to it), and as you get more into shape you can start doing more sets. If you stick with it, by the summer you will love wearing your bikini!
