I'm fourteen years old, and I weigh 220 pounds. I don't look like I weigh that much because I'm 5'6, but I still look big. I really want to lose like 80 pounds before October, but I have no clue where to start. I'd like to start as soon as possible. It's weird, because I think I have a really pretty face but I'm big. I was watching this video from a wedding I was in and I look really fat compared to all the other girls in my family. Plus diabetes is common in my family and I want to be healthy. just cut down a little on your meals. not a lot, but just a little. because people are really only supposed to eat until theyre 80% full instead of 100%, if they wana stay skinny.
dont starve yourself, but only eat until your 80% full, so your still only a little tiny bit hungry for each meal.
also, dont eat any snacks. you can eat some, like once a week, but definently not everyday.
also, go to the gym and work out, or stretch and do sit ups and v-ups and pushups and lunges and squats and stuff at home, everyday.
just keep doing this everyday, and you'll lose a lot.

having a boyfriend isnt everything hun. its better to be single than go through all the drama with guys and having your heartbroken.
but i understand how you feel. if your friends are really that pretty, then ask them for advice on how you should change your appearance. they should know better than anyone else.
just feel confident in everything you do.

Okay...I'm only 13 1/2 and I know what an orgasm feels like and I have them on purpose. I use this massage thing that you're supposed to use on your back. I keep thinking i'm really abnormal because i "like" having them and I do it about every other day...am I too young to be doing this? SHOULD I be doing it? No one knows I do it at all. IF it's okay for me to be doing this, would it be okay to tell my mom maybe? its completely normal to be doing this. i think every teenager does something similar to this, and they of corse think it feels good too.
i dont think you should tell anyone about it though, especially your mom. she might have done the same thing when she was your age, but she might still freak out if she found out you were doing it.
but if you feel comfortable telling her, then you can, and its really your choice.

First, thanks for reading this. I've been dating a 40 yr old man, Chris, for a couple of weeks, and we get along really well, I like him a lot, and he feels the same way. Last week, I met a guy online, Jon, who is 26, much closer to my age of 22. Jon and I have an amazing connection, he's everything I ever wanted in a man, except that he smokes...and he lives two hours away. I'm having trouble deciding which relationship to pursue. Should I drop Chris and see where things go with Jon, even if I'd only see him once or twice a week, or forget about Jon and keep seeing Chris, who lives in my town? even though jons 2 hours away, your relationship with him could probably go somewhere. in a couple of years, you might even love each other.
if jon comes to love you, then he'll probably quit smoking if you tell him too.

hunny, if your boyfriend didnt like you, im sure he wouldnt be going out with you right now.
hes probably just a little sad and mad that you dont trust him.
tell him that you really do trust him, and he has nothing to be worried about. just show him all your trust for him, and then he'll probably start acting like he likes you more.

i have this really embaressing problem with underarm sweating. i've always had this problem ever since i started puberty and my sweat glands started, for lack of a better word at the moment, working. now, it seems like i start sweating at random times. heat isn't even a factor, somtimes i sweat after i come out of the shower or a few minutes after i wake up, even if i haven't done anything physical. what's happening to me? and how can i get rid of this problem? please don't tell me to buy those expensive sweat reducing chemical things because i can't afford it. thank you (link)

i have it too, except instead of sweating under my armpits, my hands and feet sweat like crazy.
what i did was i just went to a doctor, and they gave me medicine for it, but since i had a really bad case of it, the medicine didnt work for me.
so i just got a one day surgery for it, and now i dont have it. surgerys worth it, because if you get medicine you hav to take it everyday, but for surgery, its just one day and you never have this a problem again.
just go to a doctor and talk it out with him, and he'll give you the right solution

just tell your best lady friend that your in love with your best man friend, and ask her if its ok with her.
if its not, then you should just try to get over him, but if its ok and you just really love him that much, then flirt with him a lot and ask him who he likes and then he might ask you out.
but even if she says its ok, people just usually say that just to be polite and nice, even if they really arent ok with it. so if you think you can live w/o him and can get over him, then even if she says its ok, dont go out w/him or even tell him that you like him.

maybe you can set up like a romantic dinner for him somewhere close to the beach, and right when the sun sets, you can go outside to the beach with him and eat desert there.
also, if you want to give him a present, make a photo album of you two together, and then write a poem on the last page of how great he is and how much he means to you.

Okay, i dont usually do this, but i cant trust my friends with this one. talk to your boyfriend about how you feel. tell him that you really love him and everything but lately you guys have been fighting a lot.
he'll probably then try to change so that you guys will stop fighting and you'll be more happy with him.
just dont tell him about the guy at work. just talk to the guy at work normally and dont flirt with him, because that might give him the wrong idea, and he might start to think that you like him.=]
