Ook I just put a new picture on myspace, and I would like to put a black border around the picture and words on it. How do I do that?

People usually do this on Photoshop but you might have to pay for it or you can get a 30 day free trial. The easiest way is to do it on paint. Everything is there for you and it's easy.
