Ok so i was supposed to go to a dance tonight but it got cancelled, and moved to March, in like 5 weeks. I sent an email to my friend, the boy i was supposed to go with. I told him the new date, and he said that "He would like to go, but it's a month away so I can't make any promises." So .. does that mean he just doesnt wanna make any definite plans? Like i realyyyy wanna go with him, and im afraid he will wait till the last minute to tell me, and i wont be able to find another date. Any thoughts .. suggestions?

Sounds like he's not as excited about going with you as you are with him. And yes, there's a huge chance that he's going to say "something came up" like 3 days before the dance. Tell him that you need a real answer, a yes or a no. You can give him a week or something to give you an answer if you want but if by then he hasn't, get another date.

do lg phones get a lot of service and are they good phones that are worth buying?

The amount of service depends on what company you're with. Like, Verison has much better coverage than Sprint. The LG phones themselves though, aren't a bad buy. Just a regular phone, nothing special. Most phones aren't. Except like the video ones, RAZARs, etc.

Either that or you're having an allergic reaction. Some people's skin is more sensitive than others so for you, 4 minutes might have been too long. If you know your skin isn't that sensitive then it's an allergic reaction. Put some aloe on it and I don't recommend using Nair anymore.

Ok, so my boyfriend wants to go to a hookah bar tomrrow night with him and all his friends..they all go sometimes and i never realy had any interest. If i don't go, he'd stay home because he doesnt wanna go with out me..but i feel bad saying no because i know he wants to go really bad. And the past few times i have said i don't wanna go and he's stayed with me I've told him to go without me though if i ever didn't want to. should i just go and make him happy?

Tell him you're not into that but if he is he should go. He shouldn't stay home just because you don't want to go out with him and his friends to somewhere he wants to go. That mus suck for him. But it isn't your fault. Tell him that he doesn't need to feel guilty or anything like that because you want him to have a good time. He should go and him a good time with his friends, and you'll be fine staying home.

What have you heard about the ion straightener? I only know that they are 100 dollars here at sally beauty salon. Are they good? do they do ur hair good? Anything i should know about them?

They're OKAY. Nothing exciting. It makes your hair frizzy sometimes though. CHI's work better and they're only 20$ more.

are so i recently got side bangs and i love them but they only look good if i wear my hair half up half down or up all the way or braids...they look bad if i wear my hair down cause i dont know..i have straight hair..does anyone know any other cute hair styless

Bangs shouldn't look weird if you have your hair down straight. Hmm...Maybe you just think they look weird since you just got them? Wear your hair down straight for school one day and see if people like it. But to answer your question, have you tried curling it? That'd be cute. Or, when you get out of the shower braid your hair and let it dry so it's wavy and wear it down like that. Or half up and half down. Something else you could try is getting barrettes and putting some hair up from each side. That's always cute. Just experiment.

My room has a color scheme of blue and lime green. I have a duvet that has blue and lime green stripes.

I was looking for some inexpensive ideas for nicknacks. Where can you get inexpensive (but cute) grabge cans, picture frames, and other things to put on shlves and my dresser?I want lime green and blue stuff!!!! If you've seen stuff or can direct me to a website. That'd be great!!

Target for cheap cute things. They have all kinds of things for rooms. Bed Bath and Beyond is also a good place but it'll cost more there. Wal-Mart's stuff is kind of shittier than Target but you could still go there if you wanted.

Any advice as to how I can win freshman class Winterfest Queen? There aren't very many cliques in my school and a lot of people are nice...but I'm not one of the "Popular" girls (however, not one of the "Nerdy" girls as well). I just really want to win, but I'm horrible socially.

Get to know more people and let them know you're running. Talk to more kids in your classes, at parties, friend's of friend's, in lunch lines, etc. You don't need to become "friends" with them really, just talk to them enough to where they know you, who you are, and know that they want to vote for you. You don't have to be that popular girl to win. As long as you get around. Also make sure you don't make any enemies anytime soon. Good luck

alright so ive had the flu before and everything but what i have right now i have no idea what it is. so for the past 4 or 5 days ive woken up with a horrible headache and a really bad pain if i like moved my eyes the wrong way. weird i know. then it will like get better but around 5 the headache will come back. asprin isnt helping at all. Then about 2 days again i woke up and i was incredably pale and dizzy and nausious. i didnt throw up or anything but it came and went the same as the headache. now since this morning whenever i try and breath deeply i start coughing horribly and i cant stop (its a weak cough though). someone please help tell me what's wrong i just want to know what medicine to take and what things might help me feel better. thanks i rate 5s.

4 or 5 days is too long to be like that with out going to a doctor. Over the counter stuff may not help you and without the medicine you need you won't be getting any better--maybe even worse because whatever you have might spread. Plus people on here might tell you to take the wrong thing. Go to the doctor as soon as you can.

Ok so the other day i asked question as to why i couldnt read some of peoples font and i was told to redownload the whole the thing all over again. so i did. well now.........

ill be signed on and everything will be fine for a couple of hours or so and then out of nowhere it'll decide to sign me off!! well now when i try to go back on it'll just go to step 3 and then stop workinjg all together. why is aim doing this to me?! i have version 5.9 btw. (and no i will not upgrade to triton. triton is stupid.)

Could it possibly be your internet? If not then I would try deleting AIM and re-downloading it. That usually takes care of any AIM screw ups.

I was reading a magazine that said if you have more than about 10 hairs around your breast you may have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I looked it up to see what it was, and I am now sort of concerned. I know i should talk to a doctor about it, but before I do does anyone who knows anything about this syndrome or about women's health know if having lots of hair around your nipple is almost deffinetly Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome?

No, having more than 10 hairs around your nipple does NOT mean you have POC. It has to do with alot more than just that concidering a lot of women do have hair there. Go to this site and read up on what it actually is and all the other symptoms--

I am getting like pimple looking things on my hairline on my forehead. They look like acne but like its not on my forehead its for like where my hair grows/hairline. Is this zits or is it something else like lice bites or something like it.

It can be zits because they can grow there. Or you could be having an allergic reaction to a hair care products you use (shampoo, conditioner, gel, hair spray, etc.). I doubt its lice because I don't think they leave bite marks like that. Plus they're not big enough. So, if you're not using any new products then they're probably just zits.

ok me and this girl liked each other for a while and she just broke up with her boyfriend and we liked each other while they were going out and now were prettty happy and ready to move on with eachother as a couple and today i found out that we might be 5th or 6th cousins, were not like some rednecks on jerry springer it was completley unexcpected and unwelcomed i wanted to know is 5th cousins to close for comfort?

I'm on my period right now and I have extremely bad cramps so bad. Like, on a scale 1-10, it's worse than 10! What can I do??!

I have a huge dance coming up soon. My dress is strapless. Whenever I shave my armpits, its always still dark! It'll be hair free but its always dark! How do I get rid of that?

Let them grow out a bit and once they're about 1/4th of an inch get them waxed. Yeah it's gross letting them grow that much but it will get rid of the darkness and it'll last longer anyways.

You can go to any salon that offers waxing or you can just buy wax from Wal-Mart or something and do it yourself.

and what's the best frizz fighter i can get that won't grease my roots like crazy?

i'm trying to stick to an under $20 budget per item here's but if you swear by it, i'll pay more.

Hmmm...I've tried many different acne treatments and they're just about all the same. Anything over the counter that has the same amount of Benzoyl Peroxide in it works the same. My favorite brands were Neutrogena and Clean and Clear though. Neutrogena's body scrum works really well for your back. I went to the doctor and got a prescription and that's what worked best for me.


John Freda Hair Serum, it's about 8 dollars. You put it on while your hair is wet and it keeps frizzys down. Another thing you could try is just letting your hair dry in a bun.

Jessica McClintock like that one person said has really cute dresses. You can find those at Dillards. There's other brands of dresses at Dillards as well. You can go to any department store to find dresses like that. Also wedding stores like David's Bridal. Other places like Cache, and ones you see at the malls that sell nothing but dresss also a good place to look. Just shop around you can find a cute dress almost anywhere.
