Seeing as your question wasn't so specific, I'll give a few steps as pointers;
1. understand what is depressing you. Why do you feel so bad?
2. analyse what part of any problems have to do with you, and think about what things you can change.
3. think about who you can get to help you, if you need someone else.
4. change what you can slowly, to get rid of the situation which is depressing you.

People don't just "get depressed". Something causes it, and most of the time, it's just feeling too energy-less and sad which stops them from solving that problem. The thing that's the most important to think about is that problems don't usually resolve themselves. It's your life, and you need to make sure you control it as much as you can.

Hope this helps,

-K

1) keep a journal- get your thoughts and feelings on paper, instead of keeping them bottled up inside of you.
2) go to friends- friends are there to help you, they make everything better.
3) speak to someone- tell them whats going through your mind, they wont judge you, they are there to help
4) write poems/ read happy books- get your thoughts of being depressed out of your mind.
hope i gave some good ideas =]

Hmmm Less depressed ay?

Usually I surround myself with friends.
Write a song or poem.

Doing something that makes me happy makes me less depressed.

You could always seek some help, maybe from a therapist, guidence counsler or psycologist?

hope I helped some.

find something you like to do and do it. go hang out with friends. party with some hotties or chill at the beach. do something you enjoy doing and look on the bright side. the bottle of rum isn't half empty it's half full. so drink up and party hard!

I think you should try finding a hobby that you really enjoy. That would take your mind off things and make you feel happier in general. :-)
