When I maximize my windows, usually it "stops" maximizing i guess you'd say at the toolbar. Well suddenly, it started maximizing behind the toolbar. For instance, this window is maximized, and i cannot see the bottom arrow of my scrollbar, because it is behind my toolbar. Its not F11, because I've already attempted to press it to fix it. So, what I'm wondering is how can I fix this?
**Press ctrl+alt+del. Go to the processes tab. End "explorer.exe". Then, go to file>new task. Run "explorer.exe". I bet this will fix it. If not, ask me a private question and we'll try some other things.

Ok, I have Vista, like the new one, and I'm having trouble getting my Sims2 University to load...when I put the first disk in, it just doesn't do anything. I hear it trying to work, you know, the little noise it will make sometimes..., but it doesn't. I went to buy a new one at a store, but a person told me that there may be an update so that it can work with Vista, but I can't find one...does anyone know where to find them? (I found one, but it had to have University loaded on there...doesn't really help me)
And do you think I should go buy a new Sims 2 University game?

Put in the disk. Open "my computer" and right click your CD-ROM drive. Select "autoplay". This will almost surely work. If not, please right click the CD-ROM drive and select explore, and list the names of the files in there to me in a private question.

Is it possible to overdose on marijuana? I'm f/16/47kg and very small. I was at a mates place on the weekend and they were passing round a homemade bong. I had tried it smoking weed in a very small dose before and nothing ever happened. I smoke cigarettes but even after one I feel dizzy for a few minutes. So anyway I smoked a cone and about 2 minutes after I did it I started tripping out so badly and I was panicking and I didn’t know what I was doing or saying and I didn’t know what was real. I couldn’t see and I think I kept slipping in and out of consciousness. I didn’t know how long it had been happening or what I was doing. It felt like I was having a stroke. It was the worst feeling ever. My head was hot and fuzzy, I couldn’t see, it felt like I was blacking out, my ears and mouth felt like they were bleeding, I had pins and needles everywhere and my thumbs and forearm muscles were clenched so tightly I had no control over my muscles. I had to get my friend to massage my arms and help me drink water. I didn’t know if I was hot or cold. People had to keep talking to me so I would stay awake. I was so scared. So what happened to me? Is it possible to overdose? Why did this happen?

If you go to school, talk to a school counselor. They'll set you up with an outside therapist if you need it, and will take care of everything for you.

Browser history can't be easily recovered after it's been deleted, but there are a few ways.
System restore will restore history. To delete restores, first make a new restore point(start>programs>accessories>system tools>restore). Then go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk cleanup. Then the "more options" tab. Clear restores.
It's possible to recover the cache after it's been deleted, which would show things like the myspace logo. To permanently delete that, clear it in whatever browser you use(same place as history in IE), then install this:

and "shred free disk space". Use the least amount of passes, 1 will be enough(I think it defaults to 3).
Even more unknown are index.dat files, which are hard to delete and contain all of your history and cookie info. To delete these, boot into safe mode, search for index.dat (include hidden and system files in the advanced search section), and delete them. Good luck!

I just heard about the FairTax. I looked it up on WikiPedia, but it's so confusing the way they word everything.
Can someone please explain to me what the FairTax system is, and how it is different than the tax system we have now? And which one is better?
It changes everything into sales tax. So instead of the (around) 6% extra you pay for goods, it could be more like 25%. So people who buy more pay more. In the current system, rich people actually have to pay *less* taxes than the rest of us, this will reverse that. Our "representatives" are all filthy rich, so don't expect this to happen any time soon.

I have a virus on my computer. I dont know what one. All I know is it makes Porn ADS pop up when Im on google or any other website then ADS for "free movie tickets" "free dinner" and such pop up and it gets annoying because I can not access a website without pop ups.

I personally think the uncapitalized version is harder to read, and less professional looking. The reason for capitalization is to have an even clearer border between sentences, to be sure one thought stops before another begins. Even with properly capitalized sentences, I've been completely thrown off when I don't notice a sentence has ended; this happens more frequently when there isn't proper capitalization. This quote from bash.org illustrates why capitalizing names is needed:

Well my computer is running out of space because I download so many eposodes of dramas.
I'm thinking of burning them onto a disk so I could then remove them form my computer and save some space but it won't allow me to because it says that my Nero Fast CD-Burning Plug In (from my media player) says it can't work with AVI stuff but WMA, and some others.
Is there a way to change the type so i can burn it?

A hurricane is just a really bad storm, nothing too spectacular.

Almost everyone who dies from a tornado dies from the flying rocks and hail. Tornadoes are invisible except for the debris, so up close it look like a bunch of stuff spinning in a circle really fast. Usually in a tornado-producing storm, the sky turns an extreme black, darker than night, so you can't see anything. Hail(big chunks of ice, sometimes the size of baseballs) fall from the sky and smash everything around the tornado. Before and after the tornado, the sky sometimes turns an unnatural shade of purple or orange.
