making a music video

Question Posted Tuesday June 26 2007, 12:02 am

I always see people making like little music videos and they put a whole bunch of clips together and lip sych the words and add the song on and it looks like they're really singing.

How can you do that? Like how do you add the clips together and take off the sound and add the song?

What kind of program do I need to use?
Thanks!

You'd have to pre-plan what you are doing and what you'll be "singing" in those parts.
So once to video the different shots you can put it all together, mute the original sound and add in the song that you're lip-synching too.

Windows Movie maker is a very easy tool to use.
Simply use that and if you have any questions click the help button in it. It's not hard at all :D
