My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

My friend has gone through a lot lately. Her mom had breast cancer and went through kemo. Now her dad has cancer and has to go through kemo. How can I help her and her family?

No matter what she does she probablly won't forget about it or stop thinking about it. Her parents are ill and you just need to be her friend. Be there for her and let her know that you will always be there for her whenever she needs anything. Make her feel special and just spend time with her so she knows that she can count on you. Help her out with things. She will know that you're a true friend and just be there for her and her family.

Rape is a very serious thing and no one should ever make a joke about it. You need to talk to someone who you can trust very well and who will belive you. You need to do something about this because this may not be the last time he does it. He might be doing it to other girls as well so you need to tell someone.

Well I'm a female, 12 years old and I'm in alot of trouble because I was talking to this kid and i started cussing and I didnt know it was his mom.
So now shes going to print what i wrote and give it to my mom. I dont know what to do cause i dont know what my moms reaction will be.

The best thing to do is admit what you did and give an explanation on why you did that. If you lie, they will know it and it'll make you seem like a horrible person. If she does show your mom just talk to her and let her know why you did that and just be honest about it.

Since she isn't going to buy it for you and you already talked to her, you should try to save up your money. If you don't need the jeans, then you shouldn't get it because I'm sure that might make your mom mad. Just try to save money however you can and then you can get yourself those things.

Uggs haven't been much in style this year so by next year I think less people will wear them but if you still like them you should wear it. I'm sure people will be wearing them still.

If he doesn't want to go out with you again, there isn't anything you can really do. You should talk to him and just tell him that it doesn't matter if you guys went out before. If he still doesn't want to, just try to move on. Don't wait for him because you'd be wasting your time.

Burkenstocks look good with leggings. Some things you could wear are skirts, capris, cute tops. Just use your imagination and put cute things together and add accesories.

I've been losing alot of hair lately, mainly when I take a shower/bath there is a large amount of hair on top of the drain and when ever I run my hand though my hair there is always a few strands.
so I was wondering if its because of bad nutrition, dying my hair, or from straighting it.
I've died my hair many times before just this time its black. So maybe I'm just seeing all the hair now because its black and not the light brown it was before.
I'm vegan so I know I don't get enough calcium or protein ( I take a multivitamin for everything else ).
So could my hair loss be because of either those three things or some other reason?

I'm the same way and when my hair is wet, my hair falls out a lot! I don't have any medical problems and I get nutrients and proteins but my hair still falls out. I also dye my hair a lot but I don't think that's the reason. I read somewhere that it could be from changing shampoos. Try to find one with vitamins in it and condition your hair and just try to keep it healthy.

is there a certain kind of conceler or foundation that helps fade the freckles a bit without turning my skin orange?

Cover Girl true match conceler works really good. Just get your color and it won't turn orange. Clinique is also good but it's more pricey.

I started shaving when I was about 11 or 12 and my mom didn't know but I just told her. You need to tell your mom that you're doing this for yourself and no one else and that you're not trying to impress anyone. You are a teenager and you're going to have to start shaving eventually.

I have a group of friends at school that I have been hanging out with since Semptember. I have known one of them since last year. We all became very close very fast and I liked that. Lately, however, I have been feeling as if I am drifting father away from them. I don't want this. I want to be close to them again. You don't sound paranoid but they are your friends and you need to talk to them about this. If you want to be closer again, you just have to start hanging out again and have fun and make new memories toghether. Ask them if they want to do something over the weekend and just invite them places. You need to talk to them about this before you guys drift apart even more. They will listen to you.

I don't know if he likes you or not because I don't know eather one of you in person. From all the things you told me, it seems like he does like you. If he won't ask you out right away, just give him some time. You need to talk to your friends and tell them to stop annoying him. It's none of their buisness and they shouldn't pressure him into anything because you can handle it yourself. Apologize to him about how your friends have been acting and keep talking to each other and everything. When he's ready to ask you out, he will just don't be in any hurry.

First of all, how old are you? As you go through puberty, your hormones are odd and they change. It's okay to think that way but even if you are lesbian, you need to be confident in yourself. If you want anyone to respect you, you have to respect yourself and your sexuality. You are who you are and you shouldn't have to change anything for your friends to like you. If you are when if you tell them, they might be shocked, but if they were your real friends, they will be there for you and respect you. People won't make fun of you. hey just wondering im 14/f and i dont have really big boobs i mean like im supposed to have huge ones i know but like there not "normal size" for a 14 yr old there small and well do you think they will get bigger i hate not having hardly any b/c like then some shirts just dont fit or look right..i havent started my period yet and wont till im 16 but i dont know if they will get to normal size cuz i get paranoid that i will gorw up to be 20 something and have reallly small ones like flat for a 20 yr old you you know ..thanks !

Everyone grows differently. Some girls develop younger, and some once they get older. You're only 14 so of course your boobs are going to grow. They stop when you're about 18-20. Once you hit puberty, they should grow more but don't worry, they won't be small forever.
