Okay for no reason my friend missa dumped me! (we were BEST of friends) and so my friend brit asked if she was mad at her... she said no

then i asked her if she was mad at me she said "WERE NOT FRIENDS ANYMORE!!" right before lunch

and then during lunch i went hastarical.. (like crying) and then she went "*my name!!!!!!!!!* then i ran away crying through the cafiteria and everyone was staring at me.

I've got my 100 things I love about my boyfriend finished, but I need a cute way to assemble it. I have about a million notes he's written me in the past couple of months and I wanted a cute way to incorporate the notes into my kind of 'scrapbook' that I'm making this into. I put the 100 reasons on pictures of us.
Any Ideas?

Oh my gosh, that's so cute!! That 100 things idea!! Wow, i just might steal that idea from you, lol. Anyway, you should put it in a scrapbook and draw around it. Maybe if you have a pic that describes something you wrote you can glue it on there. You should do 1 reason on each page with drawing or pictures around it. The drawings can be drawing of what you remember at that moment. That would be really cute!! =D

Make sure you are absoloutely 100% POSITIVE that he likes you. You can find out by simply asking him. If you get strong feelings after he said he didnt like you, he's lieing and you're positive.

Anyway, is you are POSITIVE privately talk to him. Tell him that you feel he likes you and you're not ready. Also tell him it's not right for him to like you while going out with someone.

I suggest you dont tell your friend because it should be between you and him. If you do tell her she MIGHT take it the wrong way and think you're trying to steal him. I know this might sound untruthful but honestly i wouldn't tell her if i were you.

You can't just say wave a wand over your body and become skinny. It takes ALOT of work, trust me. It's not easy. But it's worth it.

You should excersize everynight and do about 25-50 pushups or w/e you're doing and move up slowly. I know it seems alot but it's important to do enough for one night so that your weight improves.

You can get involved in sports even now during the winter. You can do hockey (it doesn't matter if you're girl because you can try out for girls hockey team if you want), ice skating, and other winter sports. If you're not into any of those, go to a gym. YMCA has different sports like karate and basketball or just regullar gyms that would probably be harder for you and not as fun. If not then try to jog around your neighborhood or bikeride. There are many things to do!!

For food stay away from fats. Eat vegetable (i know it might be hard but again, its worth it), and fruit. Not alot, but a good portion. Maybe for breakfast you can have something like cereal or a bagel or something like that. For lunch you could have an apple, milk/water, and a sandwich.
And for dinner something small (your mom can think of that), vegetables, and some food. Dont stuff yourself though. Good luck!!
