im 200 pounds..
please help!
dont say exersize...

First of all you CAN be pretty without being skinny!!
To lose weight you really need to eat healthy...try not to have fatty and sugary foods. For example don't drink juices and sodas, have water or club soda instead. Honestly i'd rather eat my calories than drink them!! :) Also you can still eat what you want just eat less of it...put less on your plate...chances are you'll eat everything on your plate so eat less! Drink lots of water..I know you don't want to excersize, but you should do some things...maybe walking with friends...doing yoga...things that you enjoy. Don't get discouraged...you cannot lose weight overnight but if you set your mind to it you can do it. You don't need to lose 100 pounds...that can be too skinny for most people. Set realistic goals for yourself! Don't give up and DONT starve yourself...you'll end up eating more in the long run!!! Good luck!!!

You can't just say wave a wand over your body and become skinny. It takes ALOT of work, trust me. It's not easy. But it's worth it.

You should excersize everynight and do about 25-50 pushups or w/e you're doing and move up slowly. I know it seems alot but it's important to do enough for one night so that your weight improves.

You can get involved in sports even now during the winter. You can do hockey (it doesn't matter if you're girl because you can try out for girls hockey team if you want), ice skating, and other winter sports. If you're not into any of those, go to a gym. YMCA has different sports like karate and basketball or just regullar gyms that would probably be harder for you and not as fun. If not then try to jog around your neighborhood or bikeride. There are many things to do!!

For food stay away from fats. Eat vegetable (i know it might be hard but again, its worth it), and fruit. Not alot, but a good portion. Maybe for breakfast you can have something like cereal or a bagel or something like that. For lunch you could have an apple, milk/water, and a sandwich.
And for dinner something small (your mom can think of that), vegetables, and some food. Dont stuff yourself though. Good luck!!

calm down about your body weight. rushing into these things will cause you to do something rash like be bolemic or anorexic. I would suggest going to a dietrician or something to get a specially planned food plan?

for breakfast: stay away from like poptarts and sugary items try a bowl of cereal or like a piece of fruit stay away from alot of bread(pancakes waffles and so on) drink water or a type of juice apple or orange

for lunch; try a sandwhich stay away from fried food for lunch try either like pasta(carbohydrates) or wraps(totilla with like lettuce tomamato chargrilled chicken) are good or try a salad with a low fat dressing they make like low fat honey mustard stick with water for lunch a gatorade is not bad either for a little energy aviod sodas at first it will be kinda tough and you may get headaches but stick to it...the less sodas you drink you will feel good and better about yourself

try to minimize snacking between lunch a dinner

for dinner try to avoid fried food as much as possible grilled chicken or steak is good alogn again with pasta or sometimes an all veg. diiner is good corn is not bad with like mash potatoes and like boiled shrimp

and your going have to exercise it is gonna take a while to lose a hundred pund right now trying aiming for like 20-30 it is not healthy to lose that much weight at once you body inst prepared for that..and you dont have to be skinny to be pretty!

I know how you feel. I have been trying to lose weight too. but honestly, it will take a while to lose as much as you are hoping for!!! & Believe it or not excersicing & eating right is better than diet pills or whatever. & it is safest & healthiest. Sometimes it will take longer than others. It takes time, patience, & dedication with your expectations. I understand you just want a quick fix, but thats not always best. I know how you feel, trust me. I am not exactly skinny either. But honestly, you can't just expect to wake up one morning with 100 pounds gone! maybe I didnt tell you what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helped! Being skinny isnt the same as being pretty!! Everybody knows that. But I know your dillema. I found that the best thing to loose weight is South Beach Diet. It's really healthy and you'll loose all excess weight, and you will actually keep it off. You start off the diet with setting a goal for yourself. Now it is not a fad diet. By that I mean you won't drop 20 pounds in one week and then gain it all back the next day. It's like a change in the way you eat rather than a "diet". The first two weeks are the hardest because there are few foods that you can eat. But you can eat all you want, but only a certain types of foods. I lost about 10 pounds the first week. After the second week you bring more types of food into your diet. It's a really healthy way to eat and the book is very easy to follow. You can pick it up at any book store and I think they even sell a cookbook. I think everyone should be on South Beach, because it's just so healthy and it has great effects on your body too. it gives you more energy and you're never hungry. If you're detirmined to lose weight I think this will work out good for you. In order to live you need to exercise though. But, contrary to popular belief, just exercise alone will not make you skinny. I think if you combine small amounts of exercise (even walking will work) and the South Beach Diet, you will lose weight and feel happy with your body. I hope that I've helped! Sorry but you are going to have to exercise. You can't lose weight unless you eat healthy, and exercise. You can start by making a schedule. Run for about 15 minutes everyday. It's going to take a while but whateva you do don't panic!

First of all, you NEED to exercise. Eating healthy alone won't make you lose 100 pounds. You can't lose 100 pounds fast either, it would take months. Don't eat sugars and fats. Cut down on how much you eat. Only drink water, milk, orange juice, and healthy drinks - no soda.

If you cut fatty foods and only eat 5 small mels a day you will lose weight fast and it wont gain back. If you dont eat it makes you get bigger i just learned this. Another way is to eat 3 times a day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner and do not snack in between you should lose weight in no time. I have lost 20 pounds by doing this in about 2 weeks and i hate exercising

First off, you don't have to be skinny to be pretty. There are guys out there that like women with some curves. I have had several guys say they love the fact that I'm not all bony and that I have curves.

Short of surgery, there isn't a safe way to lose 100 pounds fast. Please be careful with your weight loss. Losing weight too fast and in the wrong manner can make you very ill. I would suggest talking to your doctor. They can explain to you what would be a healthy weight for your body and how to achieve it. They can also prescribe medications for weight loss or refer you for surgery if necessary.


Until then, try eating a healthy diet. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat negative calorie foods (link to list below). You burn more calories digesting these foods than they have to start with so they're essentially freebies that you can eat as much as you like. Avoid fried foods. Eat foods that are baked, boiled or steamed. Eat your vegetables raw. When cooking, avoid butter. Try switching to olive oil. It's much healthier. Avoid sweets or switch to lower calorie desserts. Try Italian ice. It fulfills your sweet tooth with few calories. Fresh fruit is also a great snack to take care of a sweet tooth. Drink milk. Studies have shown that dieters who drink milk lose more weight.

Switch to drinking water. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times to encourage you to drink it. Our bodies need water to function. A healthy body can lose weight easier. Also, most women have a little water retention which can add weight. Drinking lots of water will help flush the excess water from your body. Cut down on salt as well. Salt can make you retain more water.


Don't skip meals, especially breakfast. Our metabolisms do not rev up until you've ate. If you skip breakfast, your metabolism will be lagging until you do eat. Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. It will help keep you feeling full longer and keep your blood sugar steady, which helps ward off cravings. The meals don't have to be full meals. Even just a bowl of fruit can count as a meal.


Make sure to take a good quality multi-vitamin. When dieting, it's easy to miss out on needed vitamins and minerals. The multi-vitamin will assure that you get what's necessary.


Keep a food journal and write down everything you eat. We often eat more than we realize. Putting it down on paper gives you a better idea of what you're eating so you can look for where to cut down.


Don't weigh yourself daily. You will drive yourself crazy. Our bodies naturally fluctuate within a few pounds. In one day, you can appear to gain or lose a pound. Instead of weighing yourself, judge your weight loss on how your clothes feel. If they're loosening up, you're losing weight. If you must weigh yourself, do it only once a week, preferably on the same day and at the same time each week.


Since you say you can't exercise, there's not a lot I can offer in that area other than to say you should try if at all possible. Have you tried simple walking? Walking is great exercise, is low-impact so it doesn't put a big strain on your body, and requires very little money (just a good pair of shoes). Yoga is another option. It's low impact and will help tone your body and lose weight. Exercise is good if you can do it, especially if it tones muscle. Muscle is a good fat burner so the more muscle, the more fat burning you get.

Eat less. DONT DO CRASH DIETS!

Eat healthy. Run. Do situps and push ups. Do crunches. Even if it hurts like hell if u want to be pretty do it. becaise thats the only way.
