ok, so, my name is vanessa! i' a real fun crazy gal =) I'm 19 years old, and about to start my second year of college! i love to challenge myself, to be with my friends, help them out to the max that i can.. mainly reson why am here.. duh lol i love you help people =) and can simply be a great listener. I've been through a lot in my life already... i guess that can be both good and bad. But that means i have some experience about a little bit of everything!
like I said, am in college, am in love with this amazing guy whom i've been with for over a year and a half, am bi, have been in love, have had my heart broken, have been places, study, work, and well, am crazy =) hahaha! in a good way ;-)

Me and this girl used to be BEST friends. Everyone knew we were inseperable. But many things happen that i not going to bore you with and we stoped being friends. Now everytime im around her im just in a bad mood she just annoys me so much and i try not to let her get to me but i cant help it. I cant just ignore her because she is in my group of friends and were always together. What sould i do i cant stand being near her all the time?

I was the best of friends with this girl, we were sooooo inseparable! and everyone knew it. we were almost like sisters! but on our last year of school, things happened, and ugh! Yeah, right now i can't stand her guts. I really haven't seen her for like a year. which i guess is good. Distance always helps. it sure helped me... wonds kind of healed.. until i tried to talk to her and patch the friendship.. and then she pretty much demostrated that she was a total bitch to me once again... and as you can tell am pretty mad just thinking about her! haha!
Try to just ignore her. Just simply don't pay attention whenever she's near. Go ahead and have your fun! they're your friends too, so enjoy, have fun. With time maybe that feeling will go away, and you'll be able to talk to her and patch things up...
I've been in both situations... haha! obviously the most recent where i absolutely hate the girl.. and the other where i can happilly tell you that the girl is currently me bestest friend!
There's not much you can do right now to stop or prevent those feelings. All i can tell you is to try to reax, try not to let her get to you that much... Hey, for all you know, she might be feeling the same way haha! Just have fun, wheather she's there, or not. =)

i need to make sure i become a transfer student and not waste any time in a community college.

To start off with the placement test, they're really not that hard.
its basic math and english... a lot of common sense stuff. and basic knowledge. o real need to worry about it =) although if you absolutely feel like you want to try tp prepare yourself, you can go online and google placement test prep... and there you go =)
As for being a transfer student, simply tell them! =)

I'm considering getting a pet bird this summer- I used to have a couple of parakeets as a kid. But are there other breeds that are nice to keep as pets? I heard that cockatiels are very nice.. I don't want a big bird, like a parrot but something pretty small that is friendly and that I can hold and play with.

haha! i'm absolutely in love with love birds! they are go cute and friendly! i've had a parrot and a few parakeets in my life, one i've actually had for like 6 years now... hard to believe, i know =)
love him dearly... but must admit that cheat on him when am at a pet store with the love birds! haha!

I have known this guy for a couple weeks, and he doesnt trust girls at all. He's gotten hurt in the past, and you can just see the hurt in his eyes. He acts tough just to try to forget about it. What can i do? I care about him.

sounds like one of my bestest friends...
Try to simply talk to him. show him that not all girls are the same. talk to him about everything and anything about life and eachother or really, even the silliest of things or most serious! =) make him feel like he can talk to you about anything... like he has someone with whom he can really feel confortable with.. and take it from there =) just have fun with him.. make him feel welcomed and able to be open =)

i sweat all the time.
and i've tried basically everything.
certain dri. and that new stuff by secret.
doesnt help. nothing does.
SOMEONE help. i cant always wear jackets.
and worry about sweating. its driving me insane.
and it's making me self concious and really depressed

i had the same problem a couple of years back too.
and what had worked amazingly has been dove...
Besides that, i learned that the more conscious you are, the more you're going to sweat and etc etc etc...
Also, try NOT to cover yourself as much. acomodate to the weather... the more to try to wear to just cover the sweat.. infortunately, the more you're going to sweat..
trust me, i learned this the hard way.. haha!

i bought this hair dye. but on it i didnt read it fully but its says this: treats and protects your hair while delivering rich long-lasting colour for 100% grey coverage.

but im jsut using it to dye my hair. is it still ok? im not using it to color up my grey hair.. im only 20

If you got it from where the rest of the hair dyes are, it really should be ok. There are some that are specified for grey hair, and other that can be used for it and just tell you to leave it on for a longer amount of time...
Either way though, it should be ok =)

Please!!!!! help. I am a 13 year old girl. I am pretty small (5 ft, 87 pounds). I want to know when I will get my period. I have had pubic and armpit hair for like a couple years and I have had discharge for probably a year. I feel so left out because all my friends have had there period and I have heard that your breasts get bigger when you get your period. You have to be a little patient. Every body is different... you might have a lot of the signs, but don't worry, that sooner or later it'll come...
as for feeling left out because you haven't gotten it yet, sigh.. trust me, when you do, you'll wish you didn't haha! It can be such a drag! Be happy that you don't have to be dealing with cramps, bloating, and fatigue as some of the many symptons for when you get your period... Enjoy not having it! that soon you'll get it for sure =)

are there any websites that tell what the starting pay is for places like handel's, ritter's, etc? if anyone works at any of these places and knows, please let me know. i'd also like to know which pays the best out of:
handel's, steak n' shake, target, marsh, ritter's, starbucks

ok, i work at a target...
its not that bad. Depending on where you live i guess has a little bit to do with the pay. I'm in NY... and to start, will be around $7.50 an hour. Talking from expirience from this place, thats a great place to work at if you want to get to meet a lot of people! It can really be fun! You get to be around soooo many people.. specially if you're a cashier... which i am haha!

About anywhere else, not really sure, nor about the amount that they will start you off with, because that really is up to your interviewrs and how much your state might pay and what not...

okay so im annoyed. my parents dont let me hang out with guys. and it sucks because im friends with A LOT of guys in my school. and so sometimes (like today) my friend asked to come over my house friday and swim (a girl) and i said id ask my mom cause i wanted her to come and swim at my house, and then later on my friend asks if her AND this guy can come over and i told her i was busy but im really not, but i dunno what to do cause im just so mad my parents wont let me hang with guys. please dont say 'talk to ur parents' cause ive tried. but i can only hang with guys if its at someone elses house and my parents dont even know. i dont wanna say "i cant hang with guys' because ppl have seen me hang with guyys. wow, that really sounds like a bummer! I hear ya, most of my friends have always been guys...

Ok, to this i can definitely relate.
Actually, not too long ago i myself became to the realization that i was bisexual.
I know for a fact that this is one of the most nerveracking and cofussing things... trust me, i was.. but i turned to my best friend, to the person i knew i could talk and tell anything to... bu don't get me wrong, even talking to him was so hard! i didnt know how to bring it all out.. i had mentioned it and sort of beated around the bush... haha! But ten, one night, we got into conversation, and i told him that i believe i was a little more than just curious... And he was more than supportive =) Actually pretty much everyone that i have come out to are very supportive of it. i was nervous, didn't want o be judged or feel rejected, but not the case at all. Just go to whomever you trully feel confortable the most with. someone that you know will understand!
And about the girlfriend part, just meet new people. I actually went to true.com and other sites trying to explore and see if i could meet other girls friendships and all that. And said and done, i did meet a bunch of awesome gals =)
You just have to put yourself out there. Explore, meet, and sometimes, just go with the flow and take a little chance =)

I guess when it comes to oral sex condums can be a little optional. Although, it also depends on how long you've known the person and all of those factors. wearing a condum CAN protect from some type of hiv or something, just like with intercorse.

there is this guy that i met this year. we started talking on instant messenger about a month ago. and he told me he liked me.

well that was fine. except, now he's getting really obsessive? annoying? stalkerish? he is just bothering me. and i feel bad that he likes me, but i just don't really want to talk to him anymore.

anyway, do you think i should ignore the e-mail? or should i say "no" ? there are backfires to both. if i ignore the email, he will never know why i didn't respond. and if i say "no" he will be heartbroken.

I believe you actually have it all quite figured out.
Like ou said, you coul ignore the email, but i believe that in the end would be just worse... unless you're already going with someone already, or try to find someone to with in the meantime... personaly though, I think you should email or try to talk to the guy whichever way you can. Tell him that you're really sorry but you're just going with a group of friends to the dance. That you're flattered but maybe he should try to ask someone else... And also try to get him to understand that you don't like him in that way. That you have feelings for someone else. And that you're sorry... but to you, you only see him as no more than a friend...
