C / B- in math

can you get into a good college if you have only one C or B- in math? and the rest of the grades are A's?

yep. colleges look at your semester grades, so just make sure that those represent your abilities well.

Yes. Just don't tell them you plan on majoring in engineering though. Of crouse, you can always major in engineering once you get accepted.
