My name is Devin Lindsey or Vinny as my sister calls me! I am 17 years old and go to Bethel Park High school. I loooove swimming along with dancing, singing, and playing softball. I also run varsity track with is alright i supose too.


My favorite colors are orange, pink, and blue. I love to be crazy and have a good time

I've had a job working for 15+ monthes so I can answer alot about that

and I know alot about relationships in general so I can be helpful with that sometimes

especially with parent child relationships


I am a very observant person and tend to know more and care about more than most my age


and I really believe in volunteering to help animals especially at shelters. Usually its not their fault that they have to live their and its usually horrible cercimstances that bring them there and I feel terrible that they can't speak for themselves and people are too caught up in spending like $500 on this cute little pure breed puppy from a breeder just into getting rich instead of giving one of these dogs another chance at life (there are usually a handful of dogs under a year old so the i want a puppy excuse doesn't work with me)

My baby is named Lainey Mae... we got her from a shelter about 2 hours away from us when she was 7 weeks old. she is now 2 years old and the center of our family. unfortunately someone was cruel enough to go down and drug up and shoot (but luckly not kill) most of the dogs plus rob the owner (just like someone did at the shelter where I volunteer) and its now shut down

All of a sudden last night my eyes started to sting and get wicked watery... Theyve been like that all day since last night... Ive tried eye drops and they dont work.. Its irritating me because my eyes rarely water and now i cant even wear my eyeliner because my eyes keep frigin watering.... I just wanted to know what this could mean if anything??...

you probally have allergies. not nec. to anything specific but its like the worst allery time for some people and it prob is for your. try taking an allergy medicine like actifed and see if it helps

alright, i have really long half wavy, half straight hair, and i really would like to be able to scrunch it and curl it. preferably without any heat styling, because my hair can't take very much heat even with the protectants.
one of my biggest problems is that it will fall out of the curls half way though the day, and i really don't like looking cute some of the time, and sloppy the rest.
so i was wondering if there are certain gels or whatever that would help me with that, hopefully not too expensive (like $1-$6).

i dont no of any special gels that will help but its more of how well you scrunch it. there are some tecniques that are better than others to try. if you wanna no more you can just ask me a question and i would be more than happy to help you

I'm in middle school, but I'm kinda bright for my age, so I'm taking Algebra, advanced science, a Seminar in which we'll be doing things like debates, Animal Farm (great book), and an essay on the Sneetches (don't ask), and I'm also in an advanced English class. Can somebody tell me advice for how I can finish all my homework on time and still spend at least an hour or two on the computer? Thanks!

well the first thing to do is not sit when your doing your hr and be like if i finish this now i can go on earlier. your acually just sorta wasting time. also try to get some of your hw done in school or on the way home. if you have sometime is the morning go on while your eating breakfast or something so you wont be as mad if yuo dont have time to go on later

Okay, I like to make layouts for Xanga's. The only thing is, backgrounds like stripes and stuff i get from other people and then do the colors myself. I dont know where to get the stripes and stuff. Like I know the put the codes into like tinypic but where do you get them, before you get the code.

ok well you can make them on print shop by just making the stripe then repeating it everywhere on a background or go to a search engine and get one. using other ppls is considering jocking i didnt really think it was in this case but i was told otherwise even though i dont use other ppls

i think you can buy some sort of insurance for when you buy stuff off ebay. i would recomend getting that. also check to see what people have said about that seller

Hi i am 13 and im really short for my age and i weigh 90 or so pounds. i wanted to know if any one knew any excercise routines with out lifiting weights(cause i don't have any)If you know any excercise routines(pushups...)that will help me loose weight in a short amount of timethat would be great!!

well i lose alot of weight swimming and its not tiring really at all. try lap swimming for an hour or 2 a day along with kickboarding and stuff. if you dont have acsess to a pool i would recomend doing stuff like going on a tramp or playing basketball with a friend. your more likely to stick with stuff like that longer

i have a verizon cell phone. i DONT have free/unlimited text messages. and im not allowed to text or receive texts because my parents say it "costs soooo much money" well how exactly does it cost? cause i just sent about 10 and my boyfriend replied about 10.

also, is texting part of free nights and weekends? if so, im good.

Tonight we made spaghetti and we went outside in our garden to pick rosemary. However, after we put it in, we discovered that it wasn't rosemary at all! It was a different plant. At first, we were worried it was mezereon. But it wasn't because we checked the plant book and mezereon has big red berries. But we're worried that it might be another poisonous plant. Do any advice columnists know what it might be or whether it's poisonous? It looks a little like rosemary, only the spiky leaves are more spaced out and it has white flowers in the summer that are really small (they look like honeysuckle buds but the plant is not honeysuckle). It is a small bush and doesn't have berries.

as long as you didnt use alot of it i think your should be ok. just to be safe i would just recomend getting rid if it if you can and if you ate it just watch out for the next couple hours for signs of poisoning

My friend.. is on the edge of not being my friend anymore. She's driving me insane. All she ever talks about is how sucky her life is. She hates her parents, car, job, school. She hates everything and is CONSTANTLY complaining about how sucky her life is. She thinks at 18 she's had the hardest life ever. HA! If her life really sucked that bad, she would change it right? i think its easiest to start leaving her hints and if she doesnt get it just come out and flat out tell her. maybe you and her can go volunteer at a homeless shelter one day or something so she can start appriciating wat she has.

Is it bad for you to use a tampon when your not actually menustrating? I am supposed to start today or tomorrow and i just don't want to get caught by suprise. Would it be harmful if i put on in while i was still clean?

it prob wont do you any harm but your suposed only when your having your period because you increase your risk of tss the more you wear them

Hey! I am a girl, and a sophmore!

I am taking Geometry this year! today was my frist day, and my Geo. teacher has different teaching styles, and I am finding it very difficult to learn. He is really into using logic, and I am totally a streat smart person.
Do you have any tips or sugestions to help with this? is there anything that I can do with my notes or anything to help?

geometery is prob the easiest class i have ever taken. really its just like shapes. if you can move up to honors cause its so easy and you will prob get a better teacher. if you cant ask your parents for help like make not cards and have them ask you questions or get a tutor from your school. just dont get worked up thinking its harder than it looks cause its really not. if you have to most books have some of the answers in the back andpracitce sections. also try reading ahead a lesson or 2 so you understand better about what your teacher is talking about. if you need anymore help i can try to help you i got a 99% in geom last year

Hey there! How do you become less addicted to the computer and the internet! Hehe, its really weird because even when I have so much things to do, I still find myself on the computer and wasting time. What to do?

i have the same prob. i dont really know how to cure it because well im still here! i feel i can leave the comp more if have a away message up on aim because im still signed on and i feel like i wont miss anything. if your not aloud to keep on up i would recomend going to www.imforwards.com. also if your going to be on try not to waste time do something with your time like i starting making xanga layouts. try planning stuff with your friends or family so your not on here like go out to ice cream or something. or limit yourself like tell yourself you can only be on an hour a day and if your on longer you have to put a dollar in a jar and donate it or something. hope i helped
