1st get a shower and wash your hair with thermasilk or another heat-activated shampoo and conditioner
2nd when you get out of the shower dont rub ur hair with the towel instead go down each strand to dry it.
3rdif you want it shiny i learned somewhere that running an ice cube down your hair while its wet or damp will work if you dont wanna rinse your hair with cold water.
4th use a flexible hair spray(any hairspray will work i use flexible hold) and spray one strand of hair with it then straighten that and repeat with your whole head!
~*Annie*~ answered Friday August 19 2005, 10:24 pm: there are a number of products you can try:
1)Got2BMe "Got2B Dazzling Shine Spray" it also controls frizzes. It's a clear spray bottle about 6 Fl. Oz and is available at drugstores or Jewel Osco.
2)Garnier Fructise has SEVERAL smoothing milk formulas, and you can get them at drugstores andor Jewel Osco. Just look for a lotion-type bottle that is green and says "Garnier Fructise Sleek and Shine Smoothing Milk" (the word phrases might be a little different but it basically says that).
3)I have never tried the Pantene Pro-V products but I am sure that they work great because the shampoo is really good.
*** Make sure you always condition, then when hair is damp (not dripping) apply product and blow dry using a round brush with a BIG barrel so it blows straight.
*** At beauty salons you can find other smoothing cream products and pomade and stuff like that. Ask the person who cuts your hair (if you have a regular one) for more tips.

mystical_breeze answered Friday August 19 2005, 6:50 pm: Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and Conditioner helps to tame frizz and it works really well. The Chi straightener works so good to straighten hair (I just straightened my hair last night and it looks awesome) and you can buy it at JCPenny. sunnyville answered Friday August 19 2005, 6:06 pm: Use a gel called Frizz zero, use a conditioner called also called Frizz zero, use a shampoo that saids Garnier Fructis,on the bottle it reads sleek&shine. When you apply Frizz zero you could brush your hair any style you want and than it will stay also apply as much on the roots of the hair to control flyaways. In the instructions it saids to blowdry but it's really optional you don't have to.You could even buy all the items fro Frizz zero or order Samy products on the computer. AnonymousAdviceGiver answered Friday August 19 2005, 6:02 pm: I have the frizziest hair ever. What I have found is that if you use a ridiculous amount of good conditioner and some gel, it should cut down on the frizziness. Also, if you put it in a tight bun when wet and let it dry, that helps too. Good luck. [ AnonymousAdviceGiver's advice column | Ask AnonymousAdviceGiver A Question ]
