Okay so im 15/f and ive got stretch marks on my upper thighs and hips and also on my bum and i wanted to know if there is anything i can get to fade them? i no i cant make them dissappear forever but i just want to make them less visable

2 tips for you, that will make there apperance much lighter, tea tree oil for one, i found mine at wal mart, but you can prolly get it at a health store easier. you apply it directly to the stretch marks and rub it in, down side, it smells pretty mediciny, so i only use it before bed time. now tanning makes them white and pretty noticable, however i do highly suggest jergens natural glo daily moistuizer follow the directions for a golden tint to your whole body, and it tints the stretch marks equally so there much less noticable.

Well, I kinda have a probably sometimes at night. I think about death. I wonder, what will it be like when I die? What will it be like if my family dies? Why do people have to die? Can't we just live our life? When I die, I will die. I give deep thought into being gone.
Sometimes, to cheer myself up, I say to myself that there will be another life after death, another life in heaven where it's the dream I always wanted! Then, I just cry myself to sleep.
I hope you can help with my problem. Please don't tell me to go to a therapest. I really don't want to.

i think alot about death before sleeping as well, i think its the fact theres always the possibility you wont wake up. theres so many religions to tell us what happens after death, but if your like me and you question things like that, the theroies are endless. it used to take me hours to fall asleep because it really can be a scary thought an theres no one to say this is what happens after you die. what ive taken into my mind which may seem a little harsh, but everyone has to die, even my loved ones, and i look at it this way, no one i love or care about is particularly evil, or bad, an (christian point of view) we're all pretty equal on the sin level, so i do believe wherever i wind up theyll all be there too(later,sooner) eventually. not that i want my loved ones to die, but i find it comforting that although we all cant go at once, eventually, we all will.so whether its in life or death, youll still be with people you know and love...eventually.

I have two 1 year (and maybe older) cats. One's a Boy and another is a Girl. They Fight everytime they see each other. So we have to separate them. Like one Will Be In one room with the door closed and another will be in another room! What Can I Do to Make Them Stop!?!? (link)

male and female cats of that age usually do fight. theres not a whole lot you can do,both thier ages and thier sex play a role in it. my cat is male and only two but he always attacked my sisters cat who was around 5. weve also temporaily had a female of 2 with us and they would chase each other all over to fight. we generally left them alone unless one started crying, then just stomping towards them like your gonna kick some serious butt usually broke it up, if you have to give the worst of the offenders a "knock it off" tap on the butt. or get a spray bottle an fill it with JUST WATER give em both a squirt when they get to fussing. the fighting will prolly last longer because of thier different sexes but theyll both chill out with age.good luck

i actually think in terms of both as true, i mean, we have to make choices every moment of our lives, but even if we dont always know the outcome, i think the consequenses of each choice is predetermined. i think there is a plan for everyone, but i believe it varies. look back on your life, and the things it took to get you where you are, where would you be if youd made different choices? what might have gone differently? so as to destiny, i do think we make our own, up to the extent of what we are in control of, which is of course ourselves. as to everything happening for a reason, definately true, outside forces that change how we feel and the way things around us work, and what other people choose that effects us are things we dont have a choice in, and i believe these things happen for a reason, even the hard and painful things, some will make you stronger, others will make you weaker. it seems to me that in life if you can make all the choices you want to get to different points, and there will be things that happen that you cant help, when these things happen, sometimes they knock you down, but as long as you survive, you come out stronger, and i think strength and experience to handle the next fall is the reason for everything. just my take on it. srry for length, very thoughtful question.

i think sunfires are nothin but junk, that were recently pushed on every young person that walked into a dealership.just my oppinion of course.

My girlfriend and I live togehter and we both believe she is pregnant. She was told by her doctor years ago that she has endometriosis and that she coold not have kids. We had a scare several months back. She took 5 at home pregnancy test. 3 came back positive and 2 were negative. 2 weeks later she had her monthly cycle. She is now late again 2 months. She again has taken at home tests. All 5 have come back positive. We are pretty certain that she is but need a doctors blessing before we tell our families. Problem is that she has no insurance until mid January 06'. We cannot go through the holidays without letting our parents know. Do you know of any places close to or in Geneva IL. where we can get a doctors exam that will not cost us over $100. I have called several OBGYN offices and with no insurance it will cost atleast $135-$175.00.

planned parenthood, i havent been in illinois in a while so the how close i cant be sure, but there are two located in rockford illinois.one on n. main st. you can prolly find one much closer in any phone book.sometimes listed under the health department. good luck

i dont know what this goes under. but me and my bf have been sexually active. there was a point when we thought i was pregnant. we were relieved when we found out i wasnt. but ive been babysitting a newborn baby. adn she is just so cute. i babysit her for hours 5 nights a week. he helps me. adn he does a great job. we both want a baby now. but were in high school. juniors. how can we get over this. i mean wanting a baby. ill rate high. plez help (link)

well i think you know, you prolly couldent support a child right now.but what kept me from wanting to have a child when i was younger, were my girlfriends labor horror stories.theres quite a lot of gory and quite painful details, even if you get drugs. one friend even after being cut to make her bigger, was still ripped from front to back. i think you and your boyfriend should try and search the web, or planned parenthood may be able to point you to a taping of an actual childbirth.also, even tho it doesent happen often these days, you could die giving birth. not to scare you away forever, but maybe just for a bit.you guys both clearly love kids so maybe you could consider volunteering together with children locally to allow you to enjoy children without the responsibility of caring for them the rest of your life. good luck

ok, i hadnt got my period and im 13 years old. I went to the docter and they said i wouldnt get it for a while,but ive been having pains in my side ALOT. I went to the hospital and they said that im probly getting my period. I do have pubic hair and i do have dischange and ive had this since like this time last year. honestly every womans on her own internal clock,to get her period. you could get it today or next year. however, if you dont get it soon, and the pains in your side continue, see your doctor again, they may be caused by some other medical reason.

I'm 18 year old and a tourism student.. I met this guy who's the same course as me when we went on tour last week. He's really flirtatious, he has a girlfriend but he still flirted with my bestfriend because he thought that i'm snobbish.. But we talk with each other once in a while.. But at the end of the tour, he sat beside me on the bus.. He slept on my lap, held my hands etc. He started flirting with me.. He didn't mind that the friends of his girlfriend were also there.. Foolish of me, I flirted back.. I gave him my number.. After few hours, he called me and picked me up in my house to go to his house.. That's the time he told me that i'm the one he likes, but he first flirted with my bestfriend because she already smiled at him but I didn't.. I mean, why should i smile with him? I didn't even know him.. We drank some beers, and because i was tired because of the tour, i just slept in his house.. And we had sex..(i just know him 4 3 days before we did it)
Yeah i'm stupid because at the first place, he has a gf, we don't love each other but i do like him because he was sweet.. On the next day, i visited him in his house and it happened again.. He told me not to go there without telling him because maybe his gf is also there. My friend told me that he likes me the way he treated me and he protects me.. like he holds my hand, he holds me when we needed to cross the street, feed me, and something like that.. That made me really like him..
But, when we saw each other at school again after like 2 days, he ignored me.. I don't know what to think.. He didn't even came to me, he just smiled a bit, that's all.. What should i think now? I have a friend (24/f) that constantly asks me for advice. At first, I was flattered that she trusted my judgement. However, now it has got to the point that she calls me for every little thing going on in her life. She seems incapable of making any decision on her own, even if it's a small decision. One day, she actually called from the store to ask what toothpaste to buy. When she calls, she expects me to drop everything and help her figure out a solution for her problem.
She also seems to trust only my advice. At one point, she called me with a medical concern. While I have worked in health care, I am not a doctor. I told her I didn't feel like I was qualified to answer her question and that she should see her doctor. She refused to see the doctor and said that only I could figure it out.
I hate to be rude to her since she's always been there for me. She was one of the few people that stood beside me when I fled an abusive relationship. Almost everyone else in my life thought I was crazy for leaving what they saw as a great guy. She offered me money and a place to stay until I got on my feet and could make it on my own again.
I've tried telling her that I'm busy and not always able to take her calls, but it seems to have no effect. I'm also worried that her inability to make a decision on her own could have an effect on her life and health. As much as I want to be there for her when she needs me, I can't sit by the phone all day and I'm not always qualified to help her. Any suggestions? (link)

this is touchy, i know because my best friend is the same way. shes also done alot for me, so you dont want to hurt thier feelings, but at the same time you cant always be there.my advise is that your going to have to tell her how you feel, tactfully, but perhaps a little more clearly. you might start with the positive, such as you know i really care for you,i appreciate everything youve done for me, and im going to be here for you, but....you gotta stop calling for me to make every little decision for you, i dont think its healthy,be clear about how you really feel, but speak calmly, and friendly. follow thrugh when she calls or needs help with a real problem, be there and help if you can, if not direct her(as you did) to who can, and if its about toothpaste or some other silly thing, say in a light manner, sorry hun, your gonna have to take that one on your own.this should help her to back off without feeling pushed away, however hard as it is, if she doesent, an you cant tolerate it, you may have to end the friendship.hopefully it wont come to that. good luck!

my advise will only help if your using aol, im not familar with others, but hey, they might be similar, at the top of the aol tool bar theres a settings spot double click it, when it pops up everything should be alphabetized click firewall, an you should be able to turn it off from there. good luck!

i like conairs larger barrel curling irons, there not real expensive 15 to 20 bucks, maybe cheaper, but if your hair is thin you might have a hard time holding tight curls, so id go with larger loose curls. think jennifer lopez waves.good luck!

most are very angry at 1st, some will cry, but in my personal experience they cool off and are supportive long before the baby comes.when my best friend told her mom she was pregnant, her mom dident speak to her for a week except to tell her how stupid she was for getting pregnant, but it blew over and shes a very happy an loving grandma now.

at least 13, but it should be based on maturity, and what kind of supervision is availabe on the "date" if your not comfortable with a child dating you can always offer to take them to a movie yourself and sit in the back to give them, that "date" like quality.to help decide if your ok with the boy or girl in question, would be to invite them over frequently for dinner , family outings and get to know them. youll be more comfortable if you see what the boy/girl friend is like.

Okay welll... 13/f and i am getting a white discharge in my underwear and it does not smell good at all. I have started my period so its nothing like that i mean it might involve it but its not warning me or anything. Never have been sexually active either so i dont know how to clean better down there and have tht stuff stop coming out. also. how are you and what are u supposed to be cleaning with down in tht region?Does it help to shave?

get to a doc. sounds like you have an infection, prolly from soap if you take baths instead of showers. also, im sure you do, but just in case, change your underwear every single day, dirty underwear even a single days dirty can cause infection.no shaving wont help.

ok, heres the deal, nothin much you can do about how long it takes for the hair to grow back however, what i use,(and its out there) is nair hair remover moistuizing face cream.it says on the bottle not for near the eyes, but i use a q-tip, and carefully apply it to my eyebrows(where i want the hair gone) without gettig it in my eyes or on my eyelashes then wait 5 to 8 mins an wipe it away, painless so i dont mind having to do it once a week.i do follow the time guildlines carefuly tho, any hair remover left on too long can cause chemical burns,ive also used veet, (for leggs) on my eyebrows with nice results too

i know exactly how you feel.when i spoke with my doctor at age 17 i was 100 pounds overwieght. my mother was worried i wasent eating enuff, true, i was on a crash diet and had lost 30 in about a month, however my doctor told her.. that sometimes when your obese(and i dont mean chubby) a short term (and i do mean short term)crash diet to get you jumpstarted and feeling better is not entirely out of the question.i wont disclose that diet here for all to see but if your intrested send your email addy with the same q to my column.
