Ever since I started taking taekwondo, my back has been hurting a lot. I'm only 15/f and I don't want a bad back at this young of an age and I don't want a bad back when I am older. And I would never quit taking taekwondo, I love it so much and I am trying to get my black belt. Any advice on what I should do? Thanks in advance. (link)

try seeing your doctor. or maybe a chiropractor, my friend goes to one and it helps her a lot. and shes in a ton of sports. i hope i helped!

Okay, I have been sick for almost a week now, I have really bad diarrhea and I can't keep any food down! Everytime I eat it comes up, I even took three bites of a yogurt and it came up. My mom refuses to take me to the doctor and I am starting to feel weak. i usually get dehydrated really easily and now when i drink it doesnt stay down either. My mom keeps an attitude towards me when i tell her what is going on and she says she cant afford to take me to the doctor, WHAT DO I DO? (link)

Alright yall, i believe in God and that Jesus is the son of God. But i dont like church one bit, and i dont like the bible. I think i'm a good person, but i do also sin (obviously). And i have a wonderful relationship with God. So am i going to hell because i dont like church, and because i dont believe alot of what the Christians believe? Please help me out if you can. Last night I did my washing but I was really tired so I just dumped it all in without looking to see what went in. Then when I checked this morning, I had found that I had slipped a fur coat into the mix.
Things happen and bada bing bada boom,
The coat feel apart,
Well I'm not that upset about the coat falling apart (a bit but not much) but now all my other clothes that went in that wash have fur all over them. I have tried shaking them off but they are still covered- what would be the best way to get all the fur off easily?

well if your dad doesnt get you one for christmas. you could try and earn the money yourself. by working, or yu could even try asking people for money for like your birthday and stuff! hope i helped!

my family is very religious. so when they found out that i had sex with my ex boyfriend a while back they went crazy. i promised that i wouldnt do it again, but now that i am seeing someone else it's getting harder and harder to say no. i'm only 17, i know thats young, but should i wait until i am married for my family? or should i just give in for myself? i think you should wait, for yourself and your family. you never know what could happen if you have sex (stds, pregnent, ect.)and it would save your family a lot of worrying.

I don't know why but it seems like everytime I am at my dads he drinks. And when we are at some family get together my step-mom and my dad both drink and get "tipsy". I hate it when they do this and it pisses me off. I hate it. I tell them that it is stupid for them to do this but they never listen and it makes me frustrated and they act like idiots and it embarrases me to even think that I am related to him and her. It is so embarrasing sometimes, I feel like i am about to cry. What can I do to help me persuade them to stop drinking so much and just have a good time with out the liquor? its kinda hard to convince adults...but you could try to show them that they can have fun without. and just try to talk to them about it, like how you feel and wat it could do to them or how stupid they look. hope i helped

Dear Advicenators,
One and a half years ago my brother *Henry* was diagnosed with hemophilia, which means that his blood does not clot normally. If he gets a cut, it's really hard to stop the bleeding. If he loses too much blood, he could die if the blood is not replenished.
Henry and I always liked to spend time together (he's two years older than me). We'd ride bikes to the park and shoot basketball hoops. He couldn't be too active, but he was my best friend and I felt safe around him.
Anyway, he lost a lot of blood one day, and was taken to the doctor for another blood injection. The horrible part was, that the person who had donated that blood was carrying the AIDS virus. The doctor proclaimed that Henry now had AIDS.
Henry is 15 years old, is in diapers, and must be fed through an IV or a tube. He has about 4 months left to live. My entire family is sad, and angry about it. My parents must monitor him all the time, so I always have to get a ride to my volleyball games. All three of us never have extra time, because we are always there for Henry and when he must be hospitalized. I had to drop out of volleyball for him.
Henry has been the butt of the jokes from the kids at school lately. They make fun of the fact that he has been in diapers. They are unaware of the fact that his brain is slowly being devoured, and he can't feed himself. The AIDS is tearing the whole family apart. But luckily, my friends are there to console me, but I always feel resentment towards the cruel kids at school. Can I please have some suggestions on what to do about that?
Anyway, as I am spending my last Christmas with my brother, I have no idea what present to give to him. Could I please have some ideas? I want it to be special and something he'll remember when he goes to Heaven.
Also, how can I comfort / cheer up my parents? They have been having lots of mood swings lately and have been very stressed.

I am so sorry! you are amazingly strong to be going through this, especially at thirtenn. you're amazing, and you and you family, especially your brother will be in my thougts and prayers. As for what to get him... im sorry i really dont know...but i think you just being there for him is a great present. maybe you could mae a photoalbum/scrapbook of you and him. or you and your whole family, and jsut look at it with him.

ok, there's this guy that i really like, and after a long while (like two months) i finally got the courage to say somethign to him, but it turns out, he never even noticed me, and he thinks my best friend is like, the hottest thing alive. him and his g.f just broke up about a week ago, and he says that they are talking about getting back together. i see him every day at school and now it's just awkward. my friend doesn't even like im, but he keeps talking to her and not me. to be quite honest, that's the second time that's happened to me with her this school year. she seems to get all teh attention because she has a large bust. i'm not mad at her, because it's nto her fault, but i really just don't know what to do, i can't even get a second glance from practically any guy when im with her, and im almost always with her. erg...what should i do?? should i try to talk to him again, or should i just back off and accept the fact that im never gonna get attention when im with her...? this is sooo freakin depressing, i don't think i've spoken a word in almost two days... i wrote a while ago i need to know how to get his atention even though i only met him once and havnt talked to him since. without all my friends trying to hook me up with him. should i talk to him on aim or when i see him. if i do go up to him what do i say to him. cause i get really nervous around guys that i dont know that good especially if i have a crysh on them. help! well you could talk to him just be like "hey, whats goin on?" or you could have one of your friends (that hangs out with him) talk to him and go up to the to talk to "her" and just be like "oh hey!" hope i helped

i am a 16 year old female, im really short(like 5'2") and im about 117 pounds...i dont think im overweight but im not really skinny either. i dont excersize every day but i go to the local athletic club like once a week. i dont eat junk food all day but i could cut back a little. i am going on a cruise in 2 months and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to make myself excersize and eat right so i can lose weight...thanks (link)

well you could put a picture of someone y admire (like look wise) or put up a picture of something you want to fit into just for inspiration. and jsut try your hardest to work out at least a little. like do crunches or sit ups or run, you could even try working out with a friend a couple times a week! let me know how it goes

i have this friend that i really like that has been my best friend since second grade! his name is Dylan. he is kinda chuby. but that doesn't matter to me! i really think i am starting to develop a thing for him. the only prob is that i live in Kansas, and he lives where i used to live, Arizona. i am in 6 grade now. and he was the first friend i ever made when i moved to AZ. i really really lik him! i got a phone call from him last night and i haven't seen him or talked to him for like 9 months. and out of the blu he jjust called me. i really miss him ! what should i do? plez help if you haven't alresdy fell asleep!

keep in touch with him, if you really like himand hes a good friend then hes worth keeping! you never know what can happen. as for having a thing for him, you might or it just might be that you miss him. but keep your options open since you dont live by him. hope i helped

okay so im a 16 year old girl who likes a 14 year old boy, I honestly dont care what people think about it, but thats not myproblem. my problem is, i like him a lot, and hes a really friendly guy and i met him not too long ago so yeah but i cant tell if theres anything there yet, like, im friends with his sister, and ill call for his sister to talk to her, and the guy i like will pick up and talk to me too...and i asked his sister if he always does that, as in pick up the phone and talk to her friends at the same time she is, and she said, hes NEVER done that before, so i thought that was really cool, and so yeah, i went to a party at his house yesterday a christmas party and everyyyyone was there, which was a lot of fun, so we were hanging out, and i told his sister that i was gonna put my jacket in her room, so i ran upstairs and 10 girls followed me, and it was really crowded up stairs like REALLY crowded, and then adults came up too so i was like stuck, and my someone opens the guy that i likes door, and he kinda looks out and sees me and then the door closed, you hear him run and open the door and he goes "JENN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and i was like HEYYY! and then we chilled for the ENTIRE night, we were up in his room just laughing at everything possible he was shooting his air soft gun at kids that botherd him we were just being dumb lol, then we went up to his attic thing where he has this HUGE car racing thing set up and everyone was up there, and me and him were talking and he kept on looking at me, a lot, he was just looking at me and stuff, and yeah, so thats how it was the whole night, and then at the very end we were on his trampoline and i had to go so i jumped off cuz he was talking to everyone, and he goes "JENN!" and jumps off and hugs me and then he was like "ill probably see you in a year" and im like " DUDE...SLEEPOVER REMEMBER?!" and he was like OH YEAH! and so yeah, cuz were ALL having a sleep over like 30538304 of us together so itll be a lot of fun but what my question is, is do you think there is ANYTHING there?? because i mean i know you guys dont know him or me, but hes 14 and im 16.
