i am a 16 year old female, im really short(like 5'2") and im about 117 pounds...i dont think im overweight but im not really skinny either. i dont excersize every day but i go to the local athletic club like once a week. i dont eat junk food all day but i could cut back a little. i am going on a cruise in 2 months and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to make myself excersize and eat right so i can lose weight...thanks

Well hun if your working out and eating healthy then your doing just great but go get like a new cute smaller size bathing suit and then when you eat or get bored go look at that bathing suit and then you'll want to be able to fit in it so you'll work out! and put on ur fridge - I CAN DO IT - THINK CRUISE!!! hope i helped!! ]
well you could put a picture of someone y admire (like look wise) or put up a picture of something you want to fit into just for inspiration. and jsut try your hardest to work out at least a little. like do crunches or sit ups or run, you could even try working out with a friend a couple times a week! let me know how it goes ]
