My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.
I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

ohkay, well theres this boyy, and i like him soo much and like im going into 8th grade and last year we would have like these dance thingys but they aren't like formal or w/e just like fun things and so slow songs come on and he asked me at the beggining of the year to dance with him, but his friend { wich is like my best friend } like made him but then the last one (that was liek in march ? ) he asked me on his own and we danced like really close, and like at the movies he puts his arm around me and stuff .. okay but liek everyone knows i like him cause like kinda in the beggining of the year there was this note .. and this teacher read it out loud to the class .. worst day of my life and so it said that i thought he was soo hott .. haha well so everyone knows we kinda have a thing , but like uhg. i dont know i don't think he likes me but i do.. you no ? but like at school we would always like go down the halls and he'd be going the other way and we always meet eyes and it seemed like the loonnnggeessttt second of the day. haha but the bad thing is i always get sooo nervous around him and i dont like it, i think its just cause i like him so much. do you think he likes me or not? because like in my yearbook he wrote your the coolest hottie and in every other girl he wrote i
There is defenetly a chance that he might like you. & the note thing, I gotta say it's way embarasing. A teacher read my note in 6th grade and I nearly died! Lol, but anyways, this guy seems really shy. I think the reason he didn't ask you to dance the first time was because he was shy & he didn't really feel comftrable. A lot of guys are like that. The second time it seemed like he was more comftrable around you and not as shy. I also think that he liked you. A guy wouldn't just flirt like that if there was nothing going on. The reason that you get nervous is because you really like him. It's normal and I think it's so cute when people are like that. =] The whole yearbook thing, he felt bad because he didn't write more... at least I think so. Since he signed your first and didn't know what you were going to write, he didn't know how you still felt about him and he probablly didn't want to be embarassed if he wrote something like that and you didn't care. If you have his number or screen name, ask him to go somewhere with you and your friends. Just hang out and talk and maybe those feelings will come out again.

Hmm, you know how girls have that little whole by their vagina? Guys put their finger in there, sometimes more then one, and they finger you. The girl can wear whatever but usually you have to take your pants of for someone to finger you or else it wouldn't work. First- This is usually kissing. Not always tongue, but still kissing and basiclly just PDA. Second- It's mostly just feeling on each other above the waist. Third- oral sex. Home- Sex.

He's 18.. and you're only 13 years old. Guys that age don't want a relationship like boyfriend girlfriend and they don't really go out with younger girls unless.. well for bad reasons. Yeah he's going to flirt with you and tell you things you want to hear, but he's not right for you. He probablly does only like you in a sisterly way. Flirting doesn't always mean that a person might like you more than a friend. That's his way of being sweet and nice to you but I don't think he wants that kind of relationship. Just keep talking to him and stuff but there is a lot of other guys your age that are good for you and none of them better hurt you or I'll have someone beat their ass lol. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and I want them off. But, I don't want to go because I'll have to pay obviously for this bullshit. What's the best way? Biting? AND all day i've been putting nail polish remover on and only got the color of and one nail. Please help!
Ugh, I hate when that happens. It hurts so bad!=[ Anyways, in acetone or acetone-containing nail polish remover for 15 minutes. Then try to remove the nail from the cuticle and up. You can use a mail filer to help you take them off but make sure they're soaked enoough so it's easier. If you can't get everything off, try biting it off. That's if you have little pieces. After, soack your hands in rubbing alchocol for 5-10 minutes to clean the nail bed area and then apply lotion after so you can keep your skin healthy.

Where can I get layouts like the one above? You know, the ones that have that rectangle at the top next to the name? Do those require paid accounts, or is there a special place that you can get them.
Click on Column Settings and on the top it will say Approved Public Styles. Then chose Your Space and it will be like that.
This is kind of random but do you think that when someone losses thier virginity they should tell thier parents?
It depends on a lot of things and if you want to tell them. It's not that you should of have to but if you feel like they need to know then yes, tell them. You can keep it private unless there might be a problem. Like other columnists mentioned, AIDS, STDS, being pregnant.. those kind of emergencies.
Hey, I really want to get my ears double pierced but I'm really scared it'll hurt and I'll cry lol. I was about 7ish when I got them pierced for the first time and I cired. And my friend says it doesn't hurt, pintching your ear hurts more then piercing it. So basically does it hurt??

Since you had them pierced once before, this time it's not going to hurt you as much. It'll feel like a sting and maybe hurt for a couple of seconds but after that you won't feel it. Just relax and the faster you get them pierced you won't have to worry about it anymore. =]

A 2 year age difference isn't really a big deal so don't worry about that. Since you like this guy, just get to know him. You both will have a chance to talk and get to know each other. The next time he comes over, talk.. flirt just do your thing. =] Ask him if he has a screen name or a cell phone and just get that information and then you guys could be able to talk more. The more you talk, the more he will get to know you and like you. Since his brother is your age, don't let that effect your relationship. It's no biggy but maybe you could make friends with his brother. Who knows. Just have fun and maybe you could invite him to hang out with you & your friends or his. Good luck.

You can't just ask me if you should like this guy still. It's your decision and do whatever you think is best for you, not him. If he cares about what other people think then he's not worth your time. You're basiclly wasting your time trying to get his attention and trying to get him to not care what people think because he's just that kind of a person. You can do much better and I'm not just saying that. If you can't stop liking him then just talk to him and just talk to him about how you feel about what he does.

An easier way to re-size a picture is on paint. Click on File & then open and find the picture. Then click on Imagage & then Strech/Skew and put in a number. Save it. Go to photobucket and get the code. I don't really understand what you mean to put icons as a background? Well, if you want a background make sure you put it in photobucket and copy the URL link and then just go to Column Setting and paste it. Sorry if that's not what you were asking.
ok so last month around like may 3rd i got my first period. and it lasted maybe like 5ish days. (but it was only really heavy about 3 days) anyway..about a week past after i got it..and then i got it again! i know that when you first get it, it's irregular, so do you think i will get it this month? i'm just really scared that i don't have it or get it on monday, because i am going to a waterpark with my 8th grade graduating class.if i do happen to get it, (which im really hoping i don't), what should i do? i haven't started using tampons yet. i dont know???? any advice? thank youu.
Periods are irregular and not always for people who just got it. Sometimes it will be one time, other times you might get it 3 times a month. So if you get discharge, start wearing pany liners. They're really thin and it won't get on your undies and if it starts to smell you can just throw it out and put in a new one. Since you haven't started using tampons yet, it will be a good idea if you swich to them now. They're not scary to put in, trust me. They don't hurt or anything and since you're going to be in water it's best if you wear one. You won't leak or anything but just make sure you change it every 2-3 hours. I use Clinique. It comes in a small purple or blue bottle and it works amazing! You don't even have to use a lot to get all of the make up off. I'm not sure how much it is but I know it's not that expensive.

It's not bad. If he makes you happy just don't worry about what anyone else says. 3 years difference isn't that big of a deal.

Go to Walgreens or Wal Mart and buy a small waxing kit. It's for those kind of purposes. Eyebrows, upper lip, biki area and such. It's not expensive and there are directions on how to wax it. It shouldn't hurt but just don't shave it. It will grow thicker and more visable to just wax it.
If you shave it, it will grow more visable. If you wax it you won't be able to see it because the hair will be gone.

Sperm dies once it hits air but it takes a few minutes. So if someone has it on their hand and doesn't do anything to you then you can't get pregnant. If there is sperm and he fingers you or something, there is a rare chance that you will get pregnant but I wouldn't take the chance. Your school nurse is right though but what other people tell you might not be true.
