resizing a picture.

 Hey,well i have this picture of me and 2 friends. I really like the picture of me so I cut it on paint & put it on facebook. I dont know if your familer with the site or anything. Anyways.. the picture shows up but its really small and has a huge white space. I dont know what to do with it. Lets just say Im not good with this stuff. lol. Well if you know what to do that would be great. Thanks. Rate 5.
