You should keep it to your self! You can ask your friends permission and then tell others. This way she wont get mad at you !! And you'll still have your freinds!!

If i do 30 sit ups today and each week increase by 5 how fast will i have a flat stomach? im 140 ilbs. and im 5'0..and if it will take long then what should i do..

Well let's say you start on a monday and you've been doing sit ups

EVERY WEEK and by every week you increase by 5. At the end of that month you Might lose about 4 or 5 pounds. But if you lets say DO the sit ups and then later go out and eat fast food then you wasted your time. (If you eat fast food or food with a lot of fat they will decrease your chance
of losing weight !!

I know that you need to do A LOTT of exercise !!
If you eat a lot of junk food and eat a lot of fast food you NEED to cut all that. Eat vegetables,fruits,and count carbs.And if your hungary for a snack try yorgut it even tates better than chips!! Just trying to give you a good health tip !!

"um yes its good." so out of the blue.. hes like "ever wanted to have sex" and i said "i dontknow.." hes like "want to try it with me" i got creeped out at that i felt like crying.WHAT SHOULD I DO?? PLEASE HELP. i'm so confused, im afraid of going to school or even walking in the halls cause i might bump into hiM!!!!

oh gosh im so sorry !! If I were you i would automatically tell the principal or a teacher you really trust. You NEED to let someone know because this could get out of hand !!! So im advising you YOU NEED TO TELL SOMEONE !! And the way he said that it could be called sexual harrasment !

Why does everyone on this site always assume that because a father is a teenager that they are automatically going to leave their child? I'm around 5'2" and I'm pretty comfortable with my height. However, I have 34 D boobs. Now, most girls might like this, but they are extremely unporportional to my body which the doc said won't grow any taller. I feel like whenever a tall guy talks to me he looks down my shirt. You should just lose weight. If you lose weight you will lose most of your breast fat.
